I think BOS drafts 2 bigs back to back in the first weather KG gives it another go or not. Bigs are deep in this draft.  I know Rondo was in trade talks, but not sure if he’s still on the block with that stellar playoff performance or not. But selecting a PG isn’t out of the question I guess. Kind of a week draft for PGs though. You are right though, BOS may get hit hard.

With the Big 3 slowing down now what is Danny Ainge to do with both picks who’s replacement does he look for with both picks? Could he potentially select a backup PG for Rondo as well since Avery Bradley is not a true PG?

I believe Boston has to hit it hard and now this year in the draft because they are slowing up now.

I think Tony Wroten or Marquis Teague could make sense with one of those picks because the Celtics are nothing without Rondo.

I see them drafting Fab Melo, especially with the promsies in the lottery he will fall further in the draft, and Andrew Nicholson

Bradley,Wilcox, jeff green and Miami is home. I try to keep the core together on discount. Add a big and a wing like Harkless. Zeller,Myers Leonard would be nice peices. Just get younger and keep a few old guys. Thdy were right there. The patriots don’t need whole sale changes they were right there. Celtics too.

I think they should try to trade both picks for either the 15th or 16th to get a better impact player than wait around and see whos left

I’m assuming they can keep KG and Jeff Green and lose Ray Allen.

Andrew Nicholson- a 4 man that can shoot. Nice pair w/ KG.

Tony Wroten- Can back up Rondo and Bradley. Nice upside pick.

Fab Melo- If he is avalible he is a great fit.

Doron Lamb- Similiar to Wroten is that he can play the 2 and is good enough slide over to pg for a couple minutes.

Does one of these guys projected higher than the Boston picks slip? (Moultrie, PJIII, Zeller, Henson)

If Moultrie or Terrence Jones drops to them I think they should take one of them. If Terrence Ross is there he should replace Ray Allen and/or Jeffery Taylor

I like the Nicholson fit.  Wroten is unplayable with Rondo or Bradley since none of them can shoot.  Melo is a bust waiting to happen.  I like the idea of Harkless, Quincy Miller, or Royce White here.  The Celts are amazing at getting upside out of late picks (Rondo, Baby, Perk, Bradley) so they can afford to take upside and trust their culture.

    In no particular order…

    Arnett Moultrie 6’10"

    Andrew Nicholson 6’9"

    Jeffery Taylor 6’7"

    John Jenkins 6’4"

    Doron Lamb 6’4"

    Royce White 6’8"

    Festus Ezeli 6’11"

    Quincy Miller 6’10"

Wouldn’t trust Fab Melo here unless he were at least 2 inches taller and could impact a game like Roy Hibbert. Don’t think John Henson, Tyler Zeller, Terrence Jones, Moe Harkless or Terrence Ross slides this far.  One or more of those guys could be picked in the lottery and all should be picked before Boston’s first pick at #21.
