Any chance OKC could get Bosh. Possibly giving up like next years number 1, Thabo, and Jeff Greene. Think they could get a deal done.

I did this trade on ESPN Draft Machine

    Thunder Get:
    Chris Bosh
    Patrick O’Bryant
    Roko Uhic

    Raptors Get:
    Jeff Green
    Thabo
    Earl Watson
    Chucky Atkins

I know that wouldnt go through but anyone think they could work thsi out?

I think it could get done with Jeff Green, Thabo, and this years number 1… with another OKC player to make the contracts match

I think that it is an intruiging idea. If the Thunder are not in love with the player that slips to number three (either Rubio or Thabeet) then they may look to move the pick and make a big jump this year. Toronto is obviously looking to deal Bosh and get some package of picks, expiring deals, and young prospects in return. This is exactly what the Thunder have.
However, I think that OKC would have to include the #3 pick in this deal. Maybe something like this might work for both sides:

    Thunder get: Bosh
Raptors get: Green, Watson and Atkins (both expiring contracts), plus rights to the #3 pick.

Then the Raps can either draft a shooting guard or a power forward with the #9 pick (Hill, DeRozen, Evans, Blair, Clark, or Henderson), depending on whether they plan to resign Marion or not. While the Thunder can select a back-up point guard with the #25 pick (Teague, Mills, or Collison). I actually think that this deal makes sense for both sides, as long as OKC can get Bosh to sign a long-term deal.

Why would they deal for Bosh when….

A- He could leave in 2010

B- You have 2 1st round picks and you could take a PF and SG?

They need a veteren player who can produce consistently and play well alongside durant. I think that Bosh fits the bill. But you are right, OKC would need to be certain that they could resign Bosh in the offseason, or else this deal would never happen.

But in return…I heard another deal on the table for Bosh

    Your deal or

Bosh and Kapono to GS for Randolph, Crawford( GS already said they will trade him for anything) and a 1st rounder?

I have not yet heard any deals for Bosh yet. But Toronto needs to trade him maybe a sign and trade type thing. And I think OKC is perfect for him he can be a star go to guy INSIDE. He is playing around some young talents looks like it has alkl the fixings.

OKC may not be the best situation for Bosh because right now the Thunder needs size and bulk but I think Bosh would definitely be an upgrade over Green at the 4 but they could possibly get Amare and I like him with the thunder better than Bosh even though both would do well.

How bout then Jeff Green couple expriing contracts for Amare, maybe throw in a few draft picks, What are the odds OKC pursues a top shelf big man this offseason?

I think he might be unhappy in OKC with Durant being an up and coming player and could average 30 ppg next year. Plus westbrook will have the ball in his hands a lot so Bosh might not get the touches he wants. If they could keep the #3 pick and still get him i think they have to (Green, Thabo, a first next year(in stronger draft), and rights to Ibaka?). Then take Thabeet/Rubio/Harden at #3 and you have a team thats a contender in the west for years to come. Only problem with that team (if they dont get thabeet) would be lack of defense, but definitely an exciting team for years to come if they could pull that off. Plus Bosh would be kinda close to his Dallas home so that could be added incentive for him to sign an extension there.

can just try and pursue him next summer when they will be even more interesting and Bosh might think he is the last piece to put them in serious contention.
    C-Thabeet
    PF-Bosh
    SF-Jeff Green
    SG-Kevin Durant
    PG-Russel Westbrook
but they may not want to put durant at the 2

Why would they do that? I am a thunder fan and that would be stupid. They would be giving up one of their best players and a player that is really close to their francise player Durant when they could just sign him later. They will be the most under the cap in 2009 and 2010 unless a big trade or signing comes out of the blue so throwing talent away and taking salary limits their possibilities. They can keep everyone and sign him in the summer because he as already expressed he will be leaving and with him being one of the few canidates interested in OKC, he will get more money and the thunder will be a better team.

i think that would be a good trade but i agree with thegift that they should just tsnad pat and not rush the process..they have time so they should just let there draft picks develop along with there young players and possibly get bosh or someother player in 2010 since they will have the money..but like i said before thats not a bad trade idea
