That whole team is full of characters. LeBron. Bosh. Birdman. Wade. Mike Miller. Chalmers. Then you have ideal veterans like Battier, Ray Allen, and Udonis Haslem. It’s a very memorable team.
The only other team I can think of that lost a Finals, then came back and won two in a row was those Bad Boys teams that also had a bunch of crazy characters and a distinctive aura.

Not a big fan of his game, but you gotta respect him for not carrying what people think of him and just enjoying life. He gets alot of criticism for his faces and antics but he’s doing what makes him happy.

He’s a pretty goofy guy, this is funny, but people rag on him too much. Spurs would have wrapped things up Tuesday if it wasn’t for Bosh’s tip out to Allen and a couple key blocks in overtime.

  True. But then he gets 0 points in 28 minutes in a critical game 7. He is still one of the most vastly overrated players in the league IMO. But yeah he’s funny without trying to be and doesn’t seem to be a bad guy off the court.

    He’s actually really smart which may account for some of his awkwardness. I saw a piece on him and he was into computer programming and taking honors classes in high school and went to GT to become an engineer before he blew up as a top NBA prospect. I don’t think he’s overrated at all, he’s a 3rd option on a championship level team and everybody dogs on him. I’d be one thing if he was getting tons of hype or being viewed as anything more than a 1st option for a 500 team if he were to leave, but he’s still referred to as the 1/2 of the big 2 1/2.

    Overrated I can agree, but the guy only shot 5 times. And when LBJ and Wade are clicking, you pretty much stay out of their way. He still played pretty good defense on Duncan too.
    All bs aside CB is fool, and like you said he’s a likeable guy.

I don’t understand how he’s overrated. The guy was a legit top 20 player & #1 option on his team before he came to the Heat. The only thing that has changed is his role. He’s playing out of position in a role he isn’t accustomed to & he keeps crushed by a bunch of idiots who need to get a clue.

That’s exactly it sportspolymath. I mean as far as saying someone is overrated it really depends on how people rate someone. I’ve heard him described as a future hall of famer and being a 29 year old with 8 All-Star games and 2 championships people have ammo for that argument.
I agree with you JoeWolf that he’s a very good third option on a championship team. However I don’t think he should be a future Hall of Famer and consider him overrated by those that do.
