Lebron’s HairlineParticipantWe all know opening day for the NBA is tomorrow(yay!!!!), so do any of you guys have any bold predictions for what might happen? I have two, my first is that Dwight will score 20 points and grab 20 rebounds in his laker debut, my other one is Rajon Rondo getting a triple double against the HEAT and leading his team to a huge statement win. What’s yours?

IndianaBasketballParticipantThose aren’t really bold, especially for Dwight Howard, who’ll be defended by Eddy Curry.
– With Kobe out, OJ Mayo plays free and scores 30 points (5-8 3PT) to lead Dallas past the Lakers on opening night.
– Bradley Beal scores 23 points and grabs 10 rebounds to lead the Wizards past the Cavs. Dion Waiters only plays 12 minutes.
– Ray Allen goes 0-5 3PT and scores just 5 points versus the Heat in a 20 point loss to the Celtics. Courtney Lee and Jason Terry score 30 combined.

TheArtistPaysthePriceParticipantIndy, Byron Scott said he’s starting. He should get at least 25+ minutes againt the Wiz. Even if he’s chucking up jumpers and terrible on D I dont think they would embarass him by yanking him out. http://www.waitingfornextyear.com/2012/10/byron-scott-announces-cavaliers-starting-five/?utm_source=dlvr.it&utm_medium=twitter
*Bold Prediction*
The Cavs unleash Neon Dion. He goes for 18 to 20 on 8 of 20 in 28 minutes. He can slash and has the handle to break guys down one on one, but coach has to trust you for that to happen. He doesn’t deserve that trust yet but, so what, its still going down.
I wish I could say the Heat were going to get rocked by the C’s but remember when the Heat came together a couple seasons ago and the C’s embarassed D Wade and the gang early that season. It was because they were a new group that had to mesh on the fly, thats scenario is the Celtic’s now. They have a bunch of new intergral peices and may need to take some time.
I think Terrance Ross will have the green light when Demar Derozan isn’t on the court and will light it up against Indy on Halloween and Paul George will look very average against both those guys.

IndianaBasketballParticipantNahhh, I’m not in that club. Just making some predictions. Based on the negativity I was hearing/reading about him during the pre-season though, a real bold prediction would’ve been that he just goes off the first game.

TheArtistPaysthePriceParticipant9-18 with 26,4, 4 and taunts Bradley Beal. He also bullies Crawford to the basket at will.

JoeWolf1Just to get on the record…I’m predicting 3-11, for 8 points 2 rebounds and 1 assist for Waiters.
I’m going bold on Jan Vesely, though. 10 points 10 rebounds 5 blocks 3 steals

adumParticipantI have two bold predictions both taking place on Halloween night.
One is Carlos Boozer leading the bulls past the kings (shocker) but racking up 30 points 10-15 boards and a couple of dimes.
I think this is his chance to try to reach back to his all star form in Utah .The other is rookie of the year favorite Dame Lillard posting a 20+ points 10 assists showing against the lakers with a couple of top ten plays in a losing effort. Still enough to get the buzz going .
Players to watch : Anthony Davis , OJ Mayo , Be easy Beasly and Dj Augustine ( I see him starting in 5-10 games)

TheArtistPaysthePriceParticipantand he looked real springy. Got some nice dunks and was passing well while also not settling on offence. Can’t remember who they played but he hit a nice step back turn around jumper, seriously it looked like a D Wade shot. He always had game, just got lazy and it seems hard to motivate him if its not about getting him paid. He is going to have a good year because its basically a contract year for him.

TomShoeParticipantJannero Pargo’s play will have the Wiz regretting cutting Mack.
I mean seriously, what the f*ck Grunfeld, Mack OUTPLAYED Pargo and is 10 years younger than him.
Perhaps this Wizards "culture change" has gone too far.
