D HampParticipantThis may turn out to be good for both Bayless and the Blazers. Bayless is a good young player who needs playing time to develop, but with the Blazers’ roster, he’ll never have the chance to play. I always wonder the the team drafted him, but they would have been foolish not to. They should trade Bayless while his stock is realitively high.
Dhamp.the greatest mind in basketball. Next to Hubie Brown anyway.

AlexBoiiParticipantSpeaking of Knicks, here’s a trade idea…package Bayless, Steve Blake (expiring contract), Travis Outlaw (expiring contract), and Joel Przybilla (player option for 2010-11) to New York for David Lee (starting salary at 8.5 Mil), Chris Duhon (expiring contract), and Wilson Chandler…Chandler and Outlaw sort of cancel each other out, likewise with Blake and Duhon…basically comes down to Bayless and Przybilla for Lee…what do you guys think?

AlexBoiiParticipantNo way Portland is trading Fernandez unless it would be in a package for a star…they have too much hope for him. Plus you have to consider this could be an opportunity for Przybilla’s numbers to bloom in the high octane offense, ala David Lee’s (11 Ppg, 9 Rpg in 07-08 to 16Ppg, 12 Rpg in 08-09).

auberParticipantthe idea of New York trading both Chandler and Lee together is a joke. One’s on his way out, the other is going to be the face of the franchise this season.

KevinDurantRocksParticipantNo one is trading rudy or Chandler

JNixonParticipantThey should trade Bayless for Raymond Felton. Felton would have to sign a deal though.
