 I’m sorry but Donovan needs to go. Thunder would be a contender if he were a great coach he literally makes no adjustments when the opponent gains momentum, isn’t strict and doesn’t even use Adams or George correctly.  Game like last night he could have 30 on the clips but they did Not feed Adams who couldn’t be stopped instead George and Schroeder relentlessly pullup time and time again. Okc is so good but they don’t close games out because they have three guys who are gonna just start pulling Russ, Schroeder and George . They seriously need to move away from that and They need a Better coach to get anywhere serious

I’ve seen people say this is what happens when you’ve got a guy like Russ who needs the ball so much, but the excuses for Billy have to end. We’ve heard talk of a new and improved offensive system all summer but literally nothing’s changed. Why OKC can’t find a competent coach is beyond me but Billy and Scotty B have wasted so much talent. Most coaches would sacrifice their firstborn to have the talent that they’ve had fall right in their laps

 I really hate Donovan as a coach his rotations are poor,his game management is poor he doesn’t have enough variety in system and takes to long to click onto when things are working…

Its kind of like Ty lue in Clev and Spo in Miami when lebron played and left…By this I mean when you have Russell W can the coach really coach the team when the player is essentially the system..So we don’t fully know what he is like as a coach..

However if Donovan doesn’t have OKC at least in the 8th seed by the Allstar weekend I would fire him and try bring in someone like either Jeff van gundy or the next brad stevens who has a play book that rivals brad stevens…

They need to be starting Jerami Grant and Hami Diallo. They need to incorparateDeandre Burton into their rotation. Ferguson should be in the D-League. Patterson should come off the bench and be the emotional leader of that 2nd unit. When Roberson comes back he can be a glue guy based on each matchup also off the bench. Diallo should start though Im watching him right now he maybe the biggest steal of the draft including Mitchell Robinson.
