Six All Stars if they all were to reach their potential, all won’t, that’s why it’s Best Case Scenario/More Likely Scenario/Worst Case Scenario, read. The question is, how many of those end up being the worst case scenario?

i dont even think thats thwe best case scenario to be honest. really we can go down the line of every draft and put some allstar as a best case scenario and then when they dont reach it we can just say they didnt play to there potential. the truth is some guys potential just isnt that high

If you were just to look at Likely Case Scenario, how many all star games are between those comparisons, Michael Ray, I believe did once, and so did Igoudala, maybe Davis too, when the East was weak at C, so three total games out of ten possible players, I’d say those are realistic comparisons.

I like all the comparisons besides Hassan Whiteside. Whiteside has never made me think of Varajeo.

    Good job though.

Completely agree, I just felt these ten had the potential to be as good as these comparisons, will they all? Hell no, will two, maybe, I’d say Turner and Wall, based on their games, are the two obvious selections to reach their potential.

Have to admit, I just threw that comparison out there, I’ve only seen him play once, the Memphis game on CBS College Sports, I still can’t put a finger on his game, who does he remind you of?

    The 2001 draft had 9 all-stars I believe.

    Gasol
    Richardson
    Johnson
    Jefferson
    Randolph
    Wallace
    Parker
    Arenas
    Okur

You don’t think it’s possible 6 all-stars could come from the 2010 draft?

What’s crazy, not even half are from the Top Ten, is the Freshman rule a good thing? Only two to be exact, Richardson has never made an All Star team.

I think it is a good thing. Yeah, none of the all-stars from that class came out of high-school.

An average of about 4 all-stars comes from each class. My guess:

    John Wall
    Evan Turner
    Wesley Johnson
    Cole Aldrich or Donatas Motiejunas

Not sure about who out of Aldrich and Motiejunas has a better chance. Since the center position is so weak, Aldrich could be an all-star if he gets put in the right situation. We’ll see how Motiejunas pans out, he has all-star potential.
