zeke33, i agree with your other ones, but i have to disagree with glenn "big dog" robinson. Everyone knew when he came into the league that Anotine Carr was the true Big Dog. That would be like John wall calling himself dr j and people jocking it.

I know the nick name bigdog was suppose to mean that he was the Bigdog in the draft but i see it more as a reversal as being a BIG"lazy"DOG. One my favorites that still makes me chuckle is Pervis Ellison. He was nicknamed "never nervous pervis" coming out of college becasue he was cool and calm. But then he ahd a greg oden type rash of injuries and was then "out of service pervis" for the rest of his career.
