What about

Ginobili, Redd, Boozer, Reshard Lewis or a healthy Arenas?

Seems like every year at least one very solid NBA player slides to the second round

Tough call but I’ll lean toward Redd because based on his performance he should have went in the top three if not first, of his draft class (2000)

There are so many best second rounders that I could think of… Monta Ellis, Dennis Rodman, Manu Ginobili, Gilbert Arenas, Carlos Boozer…just to name a few… All these guys brought something unique in the game and its tough to say who is the best.
