ncballerI was about to say this. I was at the UNC vs. Providence game in the tourney and I could not help but be jealous of how well he stretched out the floor. It was a pleasure to see he and Kris Dunn live.

terrancebowerParticipantI think Morris is a better comp than Boozer, because Boozer was a much better rebounder and that’s one of Ben’s weaknesses. Also, I see Ben being more of a stretch 4 if he makes it in the league, whereas Boozer was never a stretch 4, has a nice 16 footer but that’s about as far from the basket as he’d go. Maybe someone like Mike Scott or Anthony Tolliver.

providencefriars1ParticipantThe problem with watching Ben is the same with Bryce Cotton. Both had to play 40 mins every game and were specifically told you cannot pick up fouls and to save your energy on D. Both players put up an intentional pathetic effort on D so its hard for me to evaluate what they will be capable of in NBA.

nill650ParticipantHis stock will rise more so than currently projected if he passes the physicals and interviews in the next few days. The league is definitely primed for prospects with his skillset provided he can show an ability to defend at the next level
