So, the Wolves beat a likely top-4 seed in the Clippers last night on the backs of two players who have been targeted by trade rumors all year- Derrick Williams and Michael Beasley. Both scored 27 points, and looked absolutely killer against the Clippers. This brought up the question for me: if they play like this on a consistent basis, can they coexist well enough for the Wolves to keep them both?

Hmm a really hard question. Can a team keep two players who consistently score 20 pts?… Are you fucking dumb no shit they should keep them both if they "play like this on a consistent basis"

My Association Entitled "Kaun" would prove this…

I love both players, I always believed in Micheal Beasley(he survived playing for Frank Martin so I don’t know where all the questions about his charactor came into light, so what he likes to smoke weed, every player in The NBA/NFL likes it too) and I think Derrick Williams will be just as good one day too…

I believe both are Pf’s playing out of position, Beasley has a skillset that could be translated over to Sf but I feel he is a fulltime Pf, as is Derrick Williams, they both ahve to get stronger and hit the glass better to help their cases…

I also thought of Beasley as a Zac Randolph like Pf, when he finally starts to play up to his potential people will see it…

I believe Williams will be very much like a David West or Antwan Jamison…i don’t see Williams playing Sf in The NBA at all…Beasley could become a bigger version of Melo but I see him as a smaller Zac Randolph or a Big Dog Glen Robinson if he plays Sf for his carrer…

I think you have to move Beasley at the deadline, he’s in that one foot in one foot out situation…I feel they botched the Beasley trade by not maxing out his potential at Pf(of course Love had a huge part in that)

Williams should be moved at the Draft, the Wolves could get a top 5 pick for Derrick Williams, they could use that pick to draft Harrison Barnes or Jeremy Lamb to play Sg or Sf…I’d like to get an all star level Sf for Williams and move Beasley for a Starting SG…

Honestly idk what we would even bother trading Beasley. We will not get back anything significant in return. I think we should just keep him, it never hurts to have a guy with his skillset on the team, who is capable of going off any night.

I just don’t know how they can survive without a consistent SG

How many peopla thought highly of Zac Randolph after he was traded from The Clippers for Quentin Richardson, he’s viewed differently now…

Why people are so down on Micheal Beasley when he’s never had a opportunity to be the player he was drafted to be…Miami had Wade and were plotting the Big 3 all along, Minnesota was mess yet had Love, Randolph, Webster and Wes Johnson at Pf and Sf …

If He were put on a team that believed in him and let him play to his full ability we would’nt talk about him as if he can’t be traded, his contract isn’t terrible and he’s got alot of offensive talent, does he have flaws yes, but so do the best players in The world Example: Lebron in the closing minutes of games…Most recent event-All Star Game 2012…

Beasley can bring the Wolves something more than a 2nd pick…If I were the Sixers GM I would offer

1st Offer -Jodi Meeks, Andreas Nocioni and 2012 1st Round pick  for Micheal Beasley and Wayne Ellington

2nd Offer- Lou Williams, Andreas Nocioni and 2012 1st Round pick for Mike Beasley and JJ Barea

3rd Offer- Evan Turner and Andreas Nocioni for for Micheal Beasley, Wes Johnson and Anthony Randolph

Would you as Wolves GM consider any of those trades, you can give me your opinion if The Sixers or Wolves are losing too much or if picks have to be included…

I’m curious to see what The Sixers would have to offer to get Beasley…The way some people talk, we could offer Nocioni’s expiring contract and our 1st and 2nd round picks in the 2012 Draft(we’d still have Memphis’s 2nd round pick) That’s more than Lakers can offer, who would just be stealing another Great Talent for cheap…I don’t think Kaun trades Beasley to a Western Conference Powerhouse, so the what would the Sixers have to give up to get him…

Anybody else want to see Evan Turner and Michael Beasley play together on the 76ers as the two main guys?

I would jump at the third offer; ET would be a perfect fit for the Wolves, and 2 years down the road would make the Wolves terrifying.

I can see a randoplh type of career in beasly close to 20 and 10 when he gets mins but doesnt always win.Like zack as a vet I can see beasly as a hard scorer to defend by that time he should have worked out the tweener/undersized jump shooting pf thing.
