First off let me say that If you think athleticism is a problem, look at Curry, Thompon, Irving, Melo pierce, paul, and handful of others who dominated with their athleticism, Bari is in that athletic department, he is no slouch… Remember he is almost 6’9 and IS carrying a lol extra weight, he will not be the Best defender, so what??????? He will hold his own defensively and dominate on offense. Second, overrated? You’re crazy. He will be NO LESS than a 19-4r-2a SmallForward, you can book THAT (if not for injuries). As of today, my favorite looking jumper together with Paul George’s, extremely smooth, Bari’s on pace to become one of the best shooters the league has ever seen. 25 6 3 potential

Mostly everyone in here knows he is a stud but for those few who think he is overrated I think you truly are crazy

I think Jabari is an underrated rebounder, 4 boards per game? No. More like 6.5-7.5

Nobody is doubting you that he has a load of potential…But Wiggins has yet to even scratch the surface on what he’s capable of. He’s definitely the bigger project, but will get you more bang for your buck down the road

Agreed with both parts of this.

And regarding the OP, I don’t thin Jabari is near any of those guys listed in terms of lateral quickness, and I think Jabari has pretty much proven that he’s just a solid shooter right now, not elite.  After the first 3 games of the year, he’s shot around 29% from 3 point range.

Yea, still think almost every team takes Wiggins before Parker.  The potential is too great, and we are starting to see it now.

lmao @ the OP.Parker will dissapoint in the Pros.BOOK IT.

he’s nowhere near the athlete Melo is. Curry is one of the best shooters this league has ever seen, thats why he can get by.Irving is pretty athletic and enough to create his shot in the pros.

Parker isn’t a good defender and wont keep up wit NBA 3s. he also needs to drop some weight, the pounds he’s holding arent good weight.his body fat is too high.

compared to NBA 3s,hes barely an average athlete.

We are seeing it now,as he’s abit exposed,he cant beat people off the dribble which has him taking contested jumpers now. his shoot % has dropped from the stellar start he had.

his 2 way ceiling falls WAY short of Wiggins and Embiid.

i have a feeling Parker will turn out to be a defensive liability in the Pros who ends up shooting a semi low percentage. you people will be dissapointed with his career. he will not be a HOF.i doubt he makes more than 2 all star teams,i’d be surprised if he make one but i can see him having one great year.

im not too high on him,the more i see the less i like. he’s going to probably be a 12-155ppg,4-5rbg,and 2apg player.he’ll bounce around and provide scoring off the bench.
