I don’t think he should. He’s not that impressive to me, especially as an NBA prospect. He defends and can make pull-up jumpers from mid-range and spot-up 3’s, but he’s not good at anything else. He’s going to have to get better off the dribble and he’s going to have to show better PG skills to be a legit NBA prospect IMO.

If he got lotto talk and was Loaded with potential from his high school reports, I dont see why Bradley wouldn’t. It isn’t his fault Rick Barnes is a recruiter and not a coach. If Barnes had half a brain, Bradley would have been gettin significant minutes at point guard from the get go, and with his natural ability would be a much better option than Jai Lucas or Justin Mason by now. But he thought he was a contender, so he stunted Bradleys growth. He should leave this year, he won’t get better there. He still has that potential factor and can blame the coach. It wasn’t like he was bad, and this draft is weak at both SG and PG. He is a surefire first rounder.

Maybe Texas wasn’t the best fit but Bradley was the only player in HS school basketball who could fight with Wall for the number one spot. In the more individual NBA, he will be able to score, display his athleticism and jumpshot and also good on ball defense.

lol..wait why wouldnt texas be a good fit?..he did very well so im not understanding why texas wasnt a good fit. he shouldnt come out but if he did he would still go first round because of potential and his defense as well as athletic ability,midrange,three point range, and driving ability. hopefulyl he will come back for another year because they will have one of the better back courts in the nation with him brown,lucas,and hamilton

To me he should leave he is an above average defender who plays just like his NBA comparison, Monta Ellis just with a little more bounce. Did I forget to mention that he had 3 steals & 2 blocks last night and he shoots almost 40% from the 3.

He isn’t much like Ellis at all from what I’ve seen. He’s quick like Ellis is, but Ellis is a MUCH better slasher, ball-handler, and he’s even a better passer despite being kind of selfish. Bradley takes defense more personally than Ellis does and he’s is a more efficient shooter from the perimeter. They have a good deal of differences.

The only player that Bradley honestly reminds me of is Patrick Beverley, who’s now playing overseas but who has his rights being held by the Miami Heat.

I didn’t say that to criticize Texas, maybe he should have gone to a team where he would have been the primary offensive weapon to prove he is an outsanding scorer like when he was at Findlay prep. Instead, the focus was on James and also Pittman at the start of the season.
