76ers Summer League should be interesting to say the least

Furkan Korkmaz just dropped 40, his shot looks sweet, he’s tall and can play the same role as Bellinelli off the bench

Zaire Smith looked okay, missed some jumpers, but they looked solid, wasn’t afraid to shoot the ball and even made a few contested jumpers, can definitely see he’s a great athlete, I’m not trying to get too excited but he looks a lot like a young Kawhi Leonard, Brent Brown may have found a gem, time will tell, he could be the future SG/SF

Landry Shamet, I’m super intrigued by this guy, he’s flying way under the radar but he looks like a sharp shooter with great size for a G in the modern NBA, I wanna see how good of a defender he can be because if he can lock guys down and make shoots at a steady pace he can become a a really good NBA player, maybe another great asset found at the tail end of the draft

76ers are stock piling wing prospects right now

Fultz, Smith, TLC, Korkmaz and Shamet alongside starters Reddick and Covington give us a lot of options going forward, JJ isnt a long term solution at SG, RoCo is inconsistent and has stretches where I hate him as a player, but he is a stellar defender at times and we can afford him for now, I’d love to trade him for Kawhi or allow Smith to take a spot, but I’m not rushing any of these guys to be stars, Though I would love it if Fultz could become D Wade lite with a better outside jumper

Happy for him but I just don’t see how he’s going to get any tick on this team. But his showing means TLC’s time is up.

That’s the problem with stockpiling so many draft picks, you have these first rounders that can be legit contributors in the NBA be stuck in the bench. I mean, its great for the 76ers but I feel for guys like TLC, Korkmaz, Shamet and even Fultz since they are legit talents.

If he shoots the ball like that when he gets his chance, he can make the motherfurkan rotation.

    Simmons Redick Covington Saric Embiid

Fultz McConnell Bayless Smith Luwawu-Carrobot Korkmaz Chandler Bolden Johnson Bjelica Holmes

That’s 16 guys already. I’m hoping theres a trade for Kawhi.

    Id give all of

    Covington
    Saric
    Bayless
    Luwawu-Carrobot
    Holmes
    McConnell

Probably still need to throw in Miami’s 2021 first

If he shoots like that when he gets the chance he’ll be the furkan 6th man of the year.

I was in the gym for his performance and every time he got the ball the crowd would cheer. He was smooth, confident, and didn’t force too much. Really stood out from all the other G-leaguers. If he plays like that he could potentially take over JJ’s role.

Philly has Fultz, Shamet, Korkmaz, TLC and Smith all fighting for Redicks spot and learning from JJ who is on a 1 year contract. Well played Philly.

Korkmaz isn’t even 21 yet so he is still a work in progress but he should see better playing time next season and with some good veterans on the team to help mentor him too.

I wouldn’t go crazy off that game about tbe talent overall. Sixers had way more of it, especially after Williams left with an injury after 6 minutes. That Celtics team was all second round picks and castoffs outside Yabu who sucks bad. He’s just fat and lazy. Not exactly what you want from your two first round picks. Now Korkmaz looks great, was rumors he was being considered in the lottery and he looks great.  Would rather have him than fat Yabu. He’s a perfect fit for that Sixer team.
