SnowtaParticipantHe looks like a completely different player than what I saw last year. Obviously being in shape has helped a ton but I think a big part of the change is that he understands what his game will be at the NBA level. He may end up developing into a 3 point shooter eventually but so far this season he’s been all midrange with a lot coming on pick n pop action. He just looks a lot more comfortable with the mid range than he did trying to shoot threes all the time last year. The other big thing is that being in shape allows him to get to the rim much easier. He’s extremely strong with the ball when he catches while rolling or cutting and has been finishing strong. As a Wolves fan that was interested to see what we were getting with Bennett I have to admit I’ve been impressed. I’m curious what do people on here think his ceiling is? I think he could be a potential all-star and solid 2nd option down the road.

BajeebzParticipantHe’s already showing me more than tweener Derrick Williams ever did..To me Bennett just looks like a really strong, very nimble, and quite explosive straight up power forward..His jumper is looking really nice right now, too.
Tonight he killed against the injury riddled Pacers…it’ll be interesting to see what he can do against the likes of Parker and Henson in Milwaukee tomorrow, or against Taj Gibson and the Bulls on Friday.

DukeDaSquadParticipantliked the guy at UNLV and thought he was the best player in his class. Still do. I said before based on his play in college I thought he would be a more explosive Paul milsap and I still do. Even though he hasnt really adjusted to the longer line he does have very good form and he did have some games where he got hot from 3. Both are a bit undersized for the 4 position, can shoot the 3 , and have big bodies.

BogDon_KryptParticipantTo me, he’s a combination of Anthony mason, Reggie Evans, Borris diaw, kedrick perkins, and patty mills
