sheltwon3ParticipantBlake should have passed it to him because dude got like 30 rebounds really you have to let a player be if he is doing that kind of work.

xavier328ParticipantHe wanted to shoot another 3 thats why Blake didnt pass him the ball…lol

omphalosParticipantMan, that is one of the most awkward things I’ve seen on a basketball court in a long time. Blake should have just given it to him rather than be caught up in that ridiculousness.

WälseParticipantsometimes i think Bynum might actually be mentally retarded…i’m sure he’s diagnosable…wtf is going through his head sometimes?

db24kb24ParticipantLet the man have fun Steve! It wasn’t like the game was close he dominated.

HitsterParticipantThe game was won, if Bynum had wanted to try a 3 pointer then it would have been fun to watch, it’snot like he makes goof-ball plays on the regularity that McGee does. To be fair to McGee since he went to Denver, I haven’t heard much about his stupid on-court antics so maybe Coach Karl and co have started to knock him into shape.

TheArtistPaysthePriceParticipanthe is barely getting playing time because of Sessions, if he gives Bynum the ball and he shoots a 3, he might not be on the playoff roster. Mike Brown is very vindictive when it comes to rotations, we saw it here in Cleveland forever. It has been reported that he lacks interpersonal skills (aka….cant look somebody in the eye and give criticism……bka is a pu$$y). People said he would go weeks and not even say a word to guys. If he doesnt like the cut of a guys jib he will sit him down forever. After being traded to Cleveland, Luke Walton said he told him before their first practice Luke wouldn’t be in the rotation, for the whole season. Thats before the first practice. Cant argue with sitting Walton in you think you are a championship team, but you as a coach should want to foster a environment that makes guys want to prove themselves, not preordain the idea that they cant without even seeing what shape their in. He is very feline in his ways.

llperezsmart move by blake. Bynum is a big boy and doesnt need to hoist threes to feel happy. You dont want to take shots when you are dribbling out the clock in any situation let alone a three by the center to have fun on someone elses court and kind of rub it in knowing you will have to face them again soon.

db24kb24Participant" if he gives Bynum the ball and he shoots a 3, he might not be on the playoff roster."
Really? So you’d insert Morris or Goudelock who’ve been out of the rotation for most of the year instead of the vet Blake? It was a wise decision not to pass him the ball, not for his sake he’s a 100% guaranteed lock, but for Bynums relationship w/ Brown and public image because a lot of you buy what the media is selling you.
Idc who you are, if you grab 30 boards and the game is won you deserve to hoist a 3

dacula18ParticipantShaq does this, we all laugh and forget.
Bynum does it, we call him mentality retarded and an idiot.
Let him take a 3. lol. He was trying to be funny.

llperez@dacula, i agree its no big deal and people are making things out of nothing. But still, dont hoist last second threes vs opponents when you dont have to, just not good form. Good for blake not wilting to the pressure of bynum asking for the ball in that situation

UNCbasketballbumParticipantBynum should see a shrink…………immediately. I am through trying to figure out what is ging trhough this kid’s head. Embarrassing.

WälseParticipantya, but if he takes that 3, not only is it poor sportsmanship, but its once again creating a story where there doesn’t need to be one…he’s like "hurr durr i just took a 3 when you told me not to haha. i do what i want". then we have to listen to Skip Bayless tell us whats wrong with Mike Brown & Bynum all morning. well done Steve Blake…
