Andray Blatche to Toronto Rumours

Chris Broussard reports Blatche will be meeting Toronto tommorow in Vegas. Blatche played limited minutes exceptionally well in Brooklyn helping them beat Toronto this year in the Playoffs. If you can beat them join them?
Blatches PER the last two playoffs has been above 20 and his game has matured since his Washington days. It looks like Toronto is stacked upfront with role players but Hayes and Hansborough are expiring conyracts and likely trade chips.
How do you like the fit? What do you expect him to earn? Can he be a player that helps Toronto moving forward?
Definitely shocking to see as a Raps fan, I was not expecting them to target him but he played very well agaonst Toronto when he got run.

I think he’s a good fit on paper. We need a nice backup C, and he’s pretty skilled overall. I don’t know what this does to the chemistry though. Also, depends how much the deal would be for. If he gets a Frye-ish contract I’ll be kinda upset.

The vets on this site know how I feel about him. Very talented player that I believe could be a star if he had the work ethic. Very skilled player that can put the ball in the hole, but can be a black hole at times and is a poor defender. Would be a good PF/C off the bench though.

Wonder if he will still play as hard as he did when I receives a big(ger) contract and doesn’t have a solid veteran core around him pushing him to play as he did last year.
