    Hooray, dumb sports injuries! Honestly, this one’s gotta be up there with Joel Zumaya (former Tigers pitcher who could throw over 100) tearing the muscle in his forearm playing Guitar Hero, and needing season-ending surgery for it.

    he slapped it walking by… put your palm down, close your fist and swing to the side, he side punched it, thats how he cut himself

    I have a friend that punched the glass of his home front door, his cut was larger and on the other side (thumb side) causing nerve damage and loss of feeling from his thumb. Amare is fortunate, losing feeling in your thumb could’ve effected his shooting form, nonetheless, it was a foolish thing to do and Amare, being a veteran now should know better.

     Am I the only one who likes this outburst from Amare? Sure it gives him stitches and it could’ve been bad… But at least he’s showing a competitive edge rather than just laying down and taking each L. He needs to get more involved and try to beat up on Bosh if they hope to at least win one game. We all know Melo isn’t stopping LBJ, and Fields sure as heck cannot stop Wade, so they gotta try to win one battle of the Big 3.
