canesboy6Participant2 solid PF prospects IMO. Neither Seem like first rounders, but Stepheson might be next year because he has another year.
I think they are really similar, with Edwards having more bounce and Stepheson bieng stronger.
Who would you take, and what do you guys think of both these guys draft prospects?

Turral2ParticipantI think i take him because he knows his role… he is a role player… stephenson on the other hand thinks he’s a star imo because he left unc because of his role….Im taking GAvin

BiggysmallsParticipantAgreed. I don’t think either will be stars or even solid starters. But I think Edwards could carve out a Mark Madsen type role for a team and be an invaluable practice squad guy who fills in for injured players and works his but off. Every team needs a guy like that.

BothTeamsPlayedHardParticipantI don’t think Gavin Edwards will get taken. He’ll probably be on someone’s summer league squad and maybe even training camp roster, but I don’t think there is a lot there. Stepheson has a better chance by default. He has this year and next year to sell himself, and the Pac 10 should bounce back next year.

JNixonParticipantGavin Edwards is not good to me, he’s slow and he plays soft and unathletic. I like Stephenson more, and he seems to be the more talented player..

TRC1991Participanti feel that edwards is the better basketball player regardless of length, athleticism, etc.
