paradigmnParticipantI’m sorry, but this is possibly the SICKEST hightlight video I have ever seen. Nine minutes of un-adulterated power and finesse….If you arn’t into football fan, atleast watch him LITERALLY run over a defender around the 7:10 mark…the word "beast" is thrown around allot when describing great athletes…this dude is a BEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAASSSSSSTTTTTTTTTTT!!!!

mikeyvthedonParticipantHe was on my radar in HS, than when I got to see him his freshman year at Oklahoma (actually went to the game in Oklahoma against Oregon, where I am fairly sure he ran for 183 yards), he quickly became my favorite football player. Think he is not only the best RB in the NFL, but if he stays durable (crossing fingers), than he might be one of the best to ever do it. I almost went to the game against San Diego his rookie season, where he broke the single game rushing record with 300 yards (I ended up going to the Redskins game instead). I hope AD gets a solid QB, and the Minny D gets a little more depth. Either way, he is a RB that you always have to be aware of and a serious game changer.

WizardofOzParticipantHe is a beast, but Favre shouldn’t have had to carry the load to years ago in his 1st year with the Vikings. Peterson was the one that was supposed to carry the load, and he got off to a great start, but he wavered of a little bit as the year when on. I’m a huge Brett Favre fan, and I really wanted him to get his last Super Bowl, and he might have if Peterson didn’t fumble so much in the Conference Finals.
But good to see that Peterson has cut down on the fumbling.

M-DYMESParticipantLeslie Frazier will make sure AD gets plenty of touches regardless of who the QB is or their capabilities.
Thank God Childress is done. The author of slick talk, pain, and torture.

tylert6Participantand Brett Favre would never give me the ball. It’s hard to get a running back in rhythm when you let a 72 year old walking injury throw the ball every play, majority of the time to the opposing team. Good call, Brad Childress!!!

Sonics96FinalsParticipantHorrible soundtrack. Anyone who thinks putting some dogsh*t Little Woman track over some highlights officially negated the term highlight. Thus, it is now just a lowlight. Watch in silence, more impressive than listening to a 78 lb twelve year old attempt to be a lyricist. i know all the teens and early 20’s out there feel his crap is fresh, but that is the nature of pop music. CRAP is FRESH. A.P, a pro L.W, a joke. Try to work a little harder on finding a video with original music.

mikeyvthedonParticipantYou can dislike the first song, but "Respiration" is one of my favorite songs of all-time. If you hate Mos Def, Talib Kweli and Common, than I ask what "good music" is to you. Now, the reason it may have been negged is that it probably should be in the "Off-Topic" section (I am guessing, I gave it a plus 1). However, with this board being as dead as it has been, I welcomed a non-slanderous/repetitive/awful post.
I did neg Wizard of Oz for his absolute BS about Brett Favre. Dude, Brett Favre had a fantastic season, but to act like the league leader in TD’s for RB’s and someone who rushed for 3 TD’s in the game against New Orleans in the Conference Finals. Sure, AD fumbled, but Brett Favre’s INT’s were out of control. All of this Brett Favre worshipping had people twisted. Whatever mistakes he made, he cost the Vikes a lot less than Favre’s constant brash passes, which have made have separated him from every QB in history. Brett Favre is great, but Adrian Peterson is in his prime, and he had 1(!) fumble this year. To blame him for any of this is garbage!
