Suns won’t take BJ mullens.. James Johnson, Austin Daye, or Brandon Jennings before Mullens. Switch Mullens and Daye and that might be what you have.

    Good 2nd round though.

Casspri is a Nocioni clone & I just don’t see the Kings taking him at 23 – I hope they grab Claver at 31. Otherwise, pretty good – everyone at least in the general vicinity of where they are likely to go.

i dunno about Lawson and Holiday….Lawson has been going under the radar…..a lot of scouts like him from his team workouts…..i jus think Holiday is a little over-rated……but due to all the hype, i have put Holiday ahead of Lawson

i think if the kings pass on Casspri, they’ll prolly go with Budinger….but i hate Budinger….i think he’s over-rated as well…..a lot of people put him too high in their mock drafts…..he doesnt play defense at all….and thats not going to work in the NBA…..

Heytvelt is a senior player…….one of the things about drafting seniors is that they seem to adapt faster when making the transition to the NBA….same with Danny Green…..same with Terrence……Heytvelt has been working on his game a lot….really improved on his 3’s….i like his skill-set…..

Victor Claver is most likely headin to the Spurs….he’s been gettin interest from the Spurs for a while now….

Henk Norel…..too young still……whoever drafts him will let him stay in Europe….so he can get better at his game….kind of what the Raptors are doing with Printezis and what they did with Roko Ukic…..

as for bj mullens…..here is the thing…the Suns are going to trade O’Neal to the Cavs…..Ben Wallace is supposed to be headin to the Suns, but he said he’ll instead retire…..and as for Amare, its most likely that he’ll be in some trade to the Knicks…..prolly theyll do a sign and trade with Harrington and Nate to get Amare…..if Nate heads to the Suns, then forget about Jennings……anywayz, my point is with their bigs leavin, they’ll need someone like Mullens…..as for Daye, i wasnt impressed with his draft combine….honestly, he was jus slacking off…..he should have shown the same hustle that Hansborough was showing…..i think Daye is going in the mid first round……he’s too good for late first round……

James Johnson and Daye could switch if anything……i jus think James Johnson would benefit playin in Philly, more than being a back-up to Salmons with the Bulls……

Memphis could draft Rubio and try to trade him…..but i think they are really interested in Thabeet and they wont pass on a solid shot-blocker like him…..if Memphis picks Rubio, then Thabeet will drop to prolly 4…..i cant see OKC passin up on Harden…..Kings will then draft Thabeet, then trade him and prolly Nocioni or Kenny Thomas or their #31 pick to Memphis to get Rubio…….

i jus cant see him going from 1-14…..mayb the Pistons at #15 is the max for Holiday, if the Suns take Jennings…..but then i cant see the Suns takin Jennings when they really need a young big-man with Amare and Shaq leavin……so with that being said, then Jennings will be headin to the Pistons…..Chicago doesnt need Holiday…..Philly might take a chance on him at #17, considering Royal might not re-sign with the Sixers…..but i think Johnson is a better fit with the Sixers….Holiday is going to demand for more mins, which he wont get with Andre Miller starting…….with Johnson, AI can really play the 2 and Johnson can play the 3…..then with #18, T-Wolves need a PG and will take Holiday or Lawson……

I know the Spurs like him, but short of them trading up, the Kings are in a much better position to get him if they want him. I don’t know what the Kings think of him, but he’s the kind of player I could see Petrie really liking & the Kings scout Europe as much as any team, so I’m just saying don’t be shocked if the Kings end up with him instead of the Spurs.

And frankly the fact that the Spurs want him just convinces me even more that he’s going to be a solid pro & makes me hope even more that the Kings end up with him.
