Thunder09Participantdoes anyone think A.J. could be a sleeper point guard and get drafted?

Knicksboy34ParticipantNo…he’s a SG in a PG’s body…

j1232eParticipantabrams is another one of those tweeners that may hurt his stock in this pg heavy draft.

BlackMamba24Participanthis size is going to hinder him going up against much bigger and stronger players, im sure somebody will give him an opportunity though

sheltwon3ParticipantThis draft may hurt him because i think he could be a Daniel Gibson type but now it seem he may get pushed out of this draft.

ckowalskiParticipanti go to texas and ive seen all aj’s games. he is probably the most frustrating player to watch besides damion james. one night he will be 5 for 8 from 3, the next night 4 for 16. i see him as a smaller jason terry. when he gets hot hes ridiculous, but when hes cold you just want him to quit shooting and go to the hole. i think he will probably be invited to some camps but he probably wont be drafted. and in that ou game he was miserable from the field until him and willie warren each traded like 4 three’s in a row.

ckowalskiParticipantyea thats the game i was talking about the one in texas where griffin got a concussion. abrams was terrible from the field most of the game then he s*** all over ou in the last 4 minutes. damion needs to stop shooting threes period. augustin made him look amazing though. i think he can really be a great player for the horns, he should get 15 ppg and 8-10 rpg easy. but there are some nights where he gets like 5 points and 3 rebounds and makes stupid fouls all night and you just wonder why he has a scholarship.

NbanflguyParticipantI think he probaly wont be drafted but he could definetly sign some where as a FA and be a decent role player.
He can shoot the lights out, thats for sure.
Did anyone see that first round matchup against Minnesota? His shots seriously didnt even touch the net, they just went in perfectly.

juves4783Participanti’m a huge texas fan, but i don’t think aj will be drafted or make an impact. the kid is smaller than 6′-0″ and lost his pg job to justin mason who then lost it to the turkish guy. no disrespect to dogus balbay, but all he ever did was bring the ball up the court and pass. if you lose the pg job to that guy, you can’t play pg in the nba for sure. i only hope aj can grow 7 inches before the draft.
