Mr.Knick 32ParticipantI was sitting down, playing with the trade machine. I did this trade, tell me what you think. It’s a 3 way deal involving Oklahoma City, Philadelphia and Orlando
Orlando gets: Andre Iguadala, Nick Collison, Morris Peterson
Philadelphia gets: James Harden, Jeff Green, Mickeal Pietrus and Nenad Kristic
Oklahoma City gets: Elton Brand, Vince Carter and a future 1st from Philadelphia (2014)
I KNOW THIS WOULD NOT HAPPEN BUT WORK WITH ME.
– Philadelphia gets two young pieces in Green/Harden and the Kristic/Pietrus is a combined 12 mil off the books
– Orlando gets Iggy who’s better then Carter and a cobined 14 mil off the books from Peterson/Collison
-Oklahoma City gets two legit players who can play next to Durant and Westbrook. You still keep Ibaka, Thabo and Aldrich. Vince Carter is going to be a FA this offseason ( team option) while Brand is making alot of money, but with the potential labor talks discussing cutting back salaries and the fact, Brand is looking good ( 19-10-2-2-2) I think he’d help them.
Philadelphia: Holiday-Turner-Young-Spieghts-Hawes ( Harden: 6th man)
Orlando: Nelson-Iguadala-Lewis-Bass-Howard
Oklahoma City: Westbrook-Thabo-Durant-Brand-Aldrich ( Carter: 6th man)
What do you think?

The Scare Crow ReturnsParticipantOrlando needs Carter’s one on one skills in the Playoffs and Pietrus’s defense is invaluable…although Iggy gives them versatility and Defense he’s not the shooter the Magic like playing with Howard…
The Thunder would be taking on Money and they have showed that they’re becoming another cheaply run team that lucked out with Westbrook and Durant…they could have had Big Al,Beasley and Haywood if they spent some cash this summer…Heat offerd Beasley for a Draft Pick…Same with The Wolves with Jefferson…They could have had both players if they only offered those picks at the Draft, instead they traded for Aldrich and he sucks…

torontoraptors10ParticipantIt doesn’t matter if the Thunder got Beasley or not. What matters is that, who is the right fit and Aldrich fits perfectly on the Thunder. If Beasley was on the Thunder, he’d be another Jeff Green.

The Scare Crow ReturnsParticipantThan KD’s best friend Micheal Beasley and another 20/10 in Jefferson…And not to mention signing Haywood would have helped their interior defense…
The Thunder took a step back by drafting Aldrich…Has he even played ant meaningful minutes in OKC…I haven’t even heard his name brought up when watching their games,,,
So Drafting Aldrich was a better move than Trading the picks for Beasley and Jefferson, right…
Beasley is nothing like Jeff Green, he would have been starting over Greene in time and become the 2nd option on offense…And If they got Jefferson he would have made them a legit playoff team…Not Road Kill for the Lakers or Spurs…What is the Thunders biggest need right now…??? I’ll wait…If you say anything other than a Defensive Center you know nothing about the Game…Aldrich was not filling the void…They were better off drafting Whiteside…

The Scare Crow ReturnsParticipantAnd having a Real Center would help with that…
Mr Knick = Epic Fail

mikeyvthedonParticipantThat trade sucks for every team except OKC. Horrible, horrible idea. Even with the fact that EB and VC’s best days are behind them, they would be better for the Thunder than anything they are giving up. Also, like Scarecrow said, it would create a log jam at the wing. The Magic would also benefit I guess by getting Iguodala, but you screw the 76ers. Iguodala is not even close to as bad as you think he is man. Also, it is "An Interesting Trade Idea". I mean, you wouldn’t say I am "a idiot". Nor would I say that.

SmooveKRYPTParticipantI don’t think the Thunder have any interest in getting old overnight, or taking on big money.
Iggy in Orlando just doesn’t fit.
& you just gave Philly 3 more wings when they can’t even find enough playing time for the one’s they already have.
