nbafan519ParticipantThe 76ers have agreed in principle to take on Jeremy Lin’s contract according to sources. They also would receive a first round draft pick. Deal may be contingent on Rockets getting Bosh or another max-contract level player.
It would be interesting how he fits in in Philly alongside MCW.

providencefriars1ParticipantI think he could be a good fit next to MCW. MCW’s length allows you to play with two PG’s or an undersized SG and not be killed defensively. His 36% from three should improve with him playing off the ball making a very balanced backcourt that covers its weaknesses well.

providencefriars1ParticipantThe trade hasn’t happened yet but it seems likely for the Rockets to shed his salary

Buckets21ParticipantThe trade was agreed on in principal. It’s contingent on the rockets signing a max free agent (Bosh). So basically if Lebron signs with the cavs this happens

machu46ParticipantPhilly’s blog posted this last night, but this morning, reports were that Lin & a 1st round pick to Philly is not a done deal and that Houston may have a deal in place with another team (speculation is that that team would be Milwaukee).
As a Bucks fan, I’m really hoping we end up swinging the deal. We could use a PG for the year and I’d love to pick up a couple assets in the process.

Memphis MadnessParticipantI like Lin on the Sixers. Looks like the Sixers are trying to put together their core already: MCW, Lin (if they get him), Noel, Embiid, and Dario Saric. Tony Wroten is another young asset who may be part of their long term plans.

Chilbert arenasParticipantSixers are just looking to reach the cap minimum and Lins deal is expiring after this season. I don’t think Lin would be in their long term plan.

kobyzParticipantWhy aren’t the sixers make a big contract offer to eric bladshow to bring him to the team playing long side mcw?
