It is extremely unlikely it will happen.. and I have no basis for it outside of general speculation..
But since the word is OKC are looking to make more moves, would it make sense if they traded Jeff Green straight up for the 4th?
He is already better than Wes will ever be and should only improve playing at his natural 3 for minny..
OKC then takes Cousins with the 4th to play up front and dominate along with KD and Russ…
As I acknowledged previously, is highly unlikely, especially since KD loves Green… but just thought it would make sense for both teams from a ball standpoint (obviously would greatly impact the Thunder’s chemistry)…..

They could get the 5 with the 3 1st and their early second along with a expiring contract and maybe a 2011 pick?

I wouldn’t say Jeff Green is definitely better than Wes will ever be… Plus Green plays a lot of PF for the Thunder and Wes could never play PF in the league for more than a few spot minutes a game..

Now if it were for Favors I could see them trying to move up, maybe Jeff Green and another pick would be a fair deal

David Kahn, President of Basketball Ops for the Wolves has made it very clear they will not be trading the 4th overall pick.

Al Jefferson and Kevin Love are not true Cs.

The Timberwolves need a true C.

I don’t understand why the Timberwolves would pass on DeMarcus Cousins.

Kurt Rambis, of all people, should be aware of the importance of having a true C, especially one as talented as Cousins.
