Has this ever happened? If Lebron goes home, the Cavs would have 4 number 1 overall picks on their team. Another little note is that they will have picked them all!

Lebron, Irving, Bennett, and Wiggins are all number 1 picks selected by the same team and could all be on that team soon.  This would have the be a first, right?

    PG: Irving

    SG: Wiggins

    SF: James

    PF: Bennett

    C: Verajo

If Lebron signs then that trade of 3 first rounders (2012-Zeller, 2013- Karasev and future 2016) just to get rid of a 6.3 million dollar contract would make sense. It doesn’t look as bad if they get James, Mike Miller, Ray Allen, Chris Andersen, James Jones and Greg Oden. The last 5 are veteran minimum deals that only count 500k against the cap. They would have a line up with 5 #1 overall picks at times.
      PG- Kyrie Irving
      SG-Andrew Wiggins
      SF-Lebron James
      PF-Anthony Bennett
C-Greg Oden (although Varejo would start.)

Solid bench with Thompson, Waiters, Allen, Miller, Andersen. The balance of roster wouldn’t see the floor much but Delladova, Oden, 2nd round pick Joe Harris. Total recovery to the most one sided trade I have hear earlier. Normally 3 first round picks should get you more than just 6.3 million in cap space.

They also have Austin Carr as there radio and TV play by play, they could have 6 of there own drafted #1 overall picks affiliated with them/ on payroll.

Well, Varejão is also a #1 pick (at least the #1 pick of the second round)

The Lakers at one time had 4. Magic, Kareem, Worthy and Thompson.

Other than them, I don’t think anyone else has done it. The Sixers have had 3 at one time. When they had Joe Smith, Derrick Coleman and Allen Iverson.

Maybe the Cavs bring in Greg Oden, too.  That would give them five number one picks.

Goes to show how poor the Cavs management is.
