 Anyone ever have to take the backup position behind the coaches son or something similar such as your high school coach playing one of his students over you because he is in one of the coaches class? Share your stories, I feel your pain I just got cut from my high school team by screwing myself over by mouthing off to the coach about a situation like this (lack of character on my part).

 I feel your pain. I got cut because our jv coach is the varsity football coach also. He picked all football players and I am an all conference volleyball player, so I don’t play football. Lol. But anyhow shit like this happens all the time. Politics are more and more becoming involved with sports and sadly its happening at a younger and younger age.

One time as a soph on varsity. Everyone knew i was better than the kid but he was the Coach’s son and he was a Steve Wojo type( not the skill wise). Averaged more everything then he did off the bench and even made all county over him. Pissed me off
