Feel bad coming here for promotion reasons but feels kind of good to come back to my scouting roots with a product I can be proud of.
I and a couple of fellow draft enthusiasts kicked off my new podcast with a two-part pick-by-pick 2021 mock draft. It was great fun to record and made for some great, and well thought out may I add, draft discussion.
The podcast is an NBL x NBA Draft themed pod. Thanks to anyone who checks it out.

Also, I don’t really talk on here since the forum kind of died in the wake of the growth of social media. Appreciate the shoutout! Gave you a Twitter follow, I have been mostly there as @NBADraftMikeyV. Will give the pod a listen. Really would be great to get some NBL info as well, always some nice prospects in there. Looks like Mojave King didn’t enter his name in the draft and Ousmane Dieng will be a must track for the NZ Breakers. Keep posting eps, keeps this forum alive.

@ballerscript MAN…you guys sure love Roko Prkacin. I like him quite a bit yet I have him in the 20’s. I’ve seen him in the 40’s and 50’s in some cases.

There are but having Roko in the lottery and Kessler in the top 20 is like…really? Now if you like them which obviously you do, then fine but I really don’t see that happening at all. Especially Roko over Giddey to me is really surprising. Especially considering this also involves the NBL. But hey, maybe they know something that I don’t.

alright, I finished both episodes. Glad I listened. Its definitely different. I don’t agree with some of those picks especially Davion Mitchell and Bouknight when I have both of them in the tier after the top 5 but interesting perspectives. Trey Murphy or Kispert I think is going to be a conversation we are going to start to see closer to the draft. Hurt at 27 to me is mind boggling. I get hes good offensively but he will get roasted defensively that I don’t think he will be useable. Maybe he can have a Georges Niang type career but he fell to 51. Still can’t get over Roko over Giddey especially sine you guys live in Australia but…idk we will see.
But if you want any outsider perspective to your bubble or a pod where we could just argue about picks in certain places or whatever, I’d be happy to be a guest on your pod if that’s something you are interested in.

  Thanks for listening! Just for context, none of us are Australian. I’m from New Zealand and the two guests I had are both American. I’m sure closer to the draft I’ll do an episode talking about some prospects I’m notably lower on than the consensus (Mitchell & Bouknight for example) in a lot more depth.     haha yeah sorry about that. I checked your twitter after I wrote that and realized it was New Zealand. And yeah sure.
