TONYDABOSS77ParticipantYou have Josh Jackson being a very high level athlete at 6’7/6’8 so you automatically think Wiggins?? WRONG. This kid is special. He’s tha total package & looks exactly like a young McGrady or Kobe (Jerry Myer from 24/7 sports compared him to Kobe). High level player, he competes really hard & takes pride in defense & being tha best guy out there at all times. His iso game is legit & he can run pick & roll & even ran tha offense for his team (he & Ball). Really explosive. He can see tha floor really well & makes good decisions with tha ball. I’m shocked to see how eaasily everything seems to look for him. He & Tatum could start on any team right now IMO. They’re that skilled.
Tatum is so long & skilled. He has a rare skill set, IQ & athleticism combination. He has a lot of pro level moves (floaters, runners, Dirk’s fade away, ball fakes). His game is soooo smooth. Its kinda crazy to see how he’s developed because when I first saw him play, he was looked at as a big PG (getting compared to Penny & MCW), but now he’s mangaged to keep those same skills while becoming a flat out scorer & tha more he extends his range, tha better he’ll get. He’s not as athletic or as good a defender as Jackson, but he’s more skilled on offense. I look forward to seeing these two guys develop.
Fox is 6’3 or 6’4, but he looks super long & his speed & quickness is amazing. Really exposive. He looks alot like John Wall, but I think he’s more skilled than Wall was coming out of HS. When Wall was coming out, he was a dynamic athlete with good court vision, but he struggled sometimes in tha half court. Fox can play in a full court or halfcourt. He can change speeds & can play in traffic right now.
Maker is amazing to me. I’ve never seen a 7’1 guy look like this. I don’t understand why he’s not higher on this site’s mock. I’ve never seen a guy his size look so fluid with tha basketball. He has more skill than a lot of guards coming out. He’s amazing. Protects tha rim, runs tha floor & can shoot tha ball. I’m not sure exactly how KG looked coming out of HS, but I’m sure Maker isn’t far off & he may be better.

frogmanParticipantPrefers to spell a word!? There is only one way to spell a word. Spelling usually isn’t optional.

cjwParticipantDon’t forget Lonzo Ball. He plays like a veteran and has alot of similarities to Jason Kidd.

GBeeParticipantThe more I watch Fox, the less I like him as a prospect. He plays like the typical, ultra athletic, flashy, full-court AAU PG. I don’t see pace, cleverness and IQ in the halfcourt. Decision making is questionable and so is his shot. He also has a really skinny frame, very Brandon Jennings-esque in terms of build and Jennings has struggled with finishing his entire career despite his quickness and athleticism. Fox’s build alone should negate the Wall comparisons. Sure they’re both lightining in the open court, but Wall had the strength to play through contact and carry defenders to the cup.
It’s a loaded class in terms of PGs, but at the top I’d have Fox towards the bottom of that group. If Frank Jackson can improve his playmaking for others, I’d push Fox down even further.

Hype MachineIf pace, IQ and half-court decision making is your thing…5-Star recruit William McDowell White is your man to keep an eye on at the Hoops Summit
