Rank these PF’s in order that you would select in a draft. (Just for argument’s sake, we’ll say you have an average PG, SG, SF, and C, but are thin at PF.)

    Anthony Davis

    Andre Drummond

    Thomas Robinson

    Arnett Moultrie

    Jared Sullinger

    Perry Jones

    John Henson

    Tyler Zeller

    Mason Plumlee

    Patric Young

    Kevin Jones

The reason I ask this is because this year’s group of PF is deep. I’m just interested in how others rank these players especially the top few. Most will put Davis and Drummond 1/2. Then Robinson/Moultrie/Sullinger and maybe Jones make up the next tier.

Let me know what you think as of now.

Should have known better to make a list, easiest way to lose 5 points without anyone telling you why, lol.

Anthony Davis- will be a great weak side defender, good rebounder, and role player on offense.

Arnet Moultrie- I think he may have the highest offensive upside of any PF in the draft.

Thomas Robinson- Could be the best "role player" in the draft. He’s strong, runs the floor, rebounds, and sets screens. I think he will be a better version of Taj Gibson

Jared Sullinger- I dont think he is athletic enough still to be an impact player unless he reshapes his game as a pick and pop guy, which he is capable of doing.

Patric Young- Another guy who will be a strong rebounder, play defense, and finish at the rim.

Perry Jones- I just dont see what everybody loves so much. He’s tall, athletic, and looks the part, but I just see no substance.

Tyler Zeller- He has a couple of skills that people will like, he runs the floor as well as any big man (which other bigs hate) and he is 7 ft tall.

Terrence Jones- I see him being a good role player, but for all the skills he is supposed to have, the only way I see him score is off of rebounds and oops

John Henson- Monster shot blocker, still needs to find the UNC cafeteria though. Has a nice mid range J, but thicker big men will bury him.

Kevin Jones- I think he will be a really good glue guy for a team. He wont play alot, but I think he can be a nice energy guy off the bench.

    Sleeper- Mike Scott

    1. Sullinger

    3. Zeller

    4. Davis

    5. Robinson

    6. Drummond

    7. K Jones

    8. Young

    9. Plumlee

Henson and T Jones are SFs and I’d take PJ3 only if I could trade him immediately.

Everyone knows any C w/an offensive game (sans Dwight) gets called a PF in todays league.  It’s easier to be compared to the Moses, Karl and Chuck than to be compared to the legacies of Kareem, Wilt, Hakeem, etc.  As a result, in todays NBA the 5s call themselves 4s to avoid feeling small.  If you really break down the game film of the careers of Duncan, Garnett, Gasol, etc., they’ve spent most of their time at the 5, but once they became contending HoFers, everyone started calling them a 4 for some reason.

Why  is Kevin Jones supposed to be only a 2nd rounder? He’s shown to be real durable and is able to play entire games. He averages 20 and 11 with a steal and a block a game. He rarely turns the ball over. Has improved his game every year. Is is just becuase WVU sucks?

Duncan, Garnett, and Gasol Have always been considered PF excluding ducan they just played with bad centers who were the same size as them, what makes them PF is there defensive abilities they can step out and stay infront of people on the perimiter during their prime! true centers couldnt
