the barronParticipantA while back I did this for the other major conferences and the mid major schools, but I skipped the Big 10 conference. I’m gonna rank the top prospects the Big 10 has to offer for next year. The Big 10 wasn’t exactly a pipeline for the NBA this past year as only one player(BJ Mullens) was drafted in the 09 first round and only one in the second round(Goran Suton). That means the Big 10 is returning a lot of talent for next year so here are my top seven prospects from the Big 10:
1. Evan Turner 6’6 SG Ohio St
2. DeShawn Sims 6’8 SF Michigan
3. William Buford 6’5 SG Ohio St.
4. Raymar Morgan 6’7 SF/SG Michigan St
5. JaJuan Johnson 6’10 PF Purdue
6. E’Twaun Moore 6’3 PG/SG Purdue
7. Manny Harris 6’5 SG MichiganSome Honorable mention: Kalin Lucas, Robbie Hummel, Ralph Sampson, Dallas Lauderdale.
Evan Turner is the prize of this conference and could be the best SG available for next year’s draft. So who else would you include or how would you change this list? Do you know of any incoming freshmen that has the potential to be a one-and-done?0 - Posted on: Mon, 08/03/2009 - 2:57pm #195394

JNixonParticipantJaJuan Johnson is going to get eaten up in the NBA if he doesnt gain a whole of weight.
