    Last year, only 8 did.

    Wow.

Scoring numbers are through the roof.

36 guys averaging 20+ ppg or more. Last year, only 23 did.

13 guys averaging 28+ ppg. Last year, there were only 2.

The pace every team is playing this year is crazy. It seems like evry team is scoring at least 110 a night… Great for fantasy players.

Very fast pace the first week of the season, some of teams will slow down as the year continues and numbers will go down.

I think we can expect a litle bit of a regression to the mean as the season settles in, but GMs and coaches do seem committed to pace and 3s.

It’s hard to imagine Caris Levert (24.7 ppg) Joe Ingles  (24.5) Tim Hardaway Jr.  (28) Mirotic (33) and maybe Lavine (31.5) averaging over 24 for the season. 26.3 is probably alot for Jokic, too.

Someone needs to call defence and tell it the season has started.

No nba team has averaged over 120 ppg since the 1985 nuggets. I think that streak could easily come to an end this year.

Everythings a foul in the NBA unless the refs decide its not. Players dont know how to gaurd. A guy could just be standing there with his hands straight and the ballhandler can bump into him and its a foul. Theres no more defence. NBA rules.
