    -Perry Jones .. KG/KD
    -Brandon Knight .. Deron Williams
    -Kyrie Irving .. Chris Paul
    -Harrison Barnes .. Kobe Bryant
    -Donatas Motiejunas .. Dirk Nowitzki
    -Renardo Sidney .. Chris Webber
    -Will Barton .. Penny Hardaway
    -Josh Selby .. Steve Francis
    -Jared Sullinger .. Kevin Love
    -CJ Leslie .. ???
    -Terrence Jones .. ???

    If those comparisons were true this would be the greatest draft of all time…However a little off-mark.

    Just because he compares someone to a great player doesn’t mean he thinks they’re going to be as great as them. He just thinks they have similar play styles. Everyone calm down.

    -Perry Jones .. Durant, (with worse shooting, and who does not meet his potential)
    -Brandon Knight .. (Later years Billups, after some development)
    -Kyrie Irving .. (Taller Brandon Jennings)
    -Harrison Barnes .. (Early Grant Hill – pre injuries – if he were one and done. Grant came out after his jr/sr year)
    -Donatas Motiejunas .. (an Early Pau Gasol, pre Lakers … not quite the shooter of Dirk. More of a driver/post player)
    -Renardo Sidney .. Zac Randolph (undeveloped, but without the legal problems)
    -Josh Selby .. Steve Francis
    -Jared Sullinger .. (early Carlos Boozer)
    -CJ Leslie .. Fred Jones

    Again, I am comparing these guys to current players, but often earlier in their careers, and also general skill sets. Being a star is a personality type, and not all of these guys will have it. For example, Perry Jones could end up being a taller Gerald Green, or Brandon Knight could end up being a Marcus Banks.
