The bulls are asking Denver for their 11th pick in exchange for their 16th and 19th picks. Who are the bulls targeting at #11 and who would Denver take? My guess is that Chicago is trying to draft someone to pair in the backcourt with Rose. Their options at 11 could be stauskus, James young, garry harris. I bet they’d rather get a guy who can handle the ball and take some of that burden off of rose and a guy with a killer mentality and that is James young. Kid is a baller and the bulls could use a guy who can create a shot for himself. Denver could get any 2 of Hood, McDermott, Harris, Lavine, Stauskus, Anderson, Payne, Early, Gr3, Warren

Chicago lineup: Rose, Young, Butler, Gibson/Boozer, Noah

Denver lineup (best case): Lawson, Harris, Gallo/Chandler, Faried/Payne, Hickson/Mozgov

I think the top 8 picks are a lock and then there are about 8 guys who can go anywhere from #9 to #16. Guys like Mcdermott, Lavine, Stauskus, Payton, James young, Hood, Anderson, Saricand I think Harris is the guy who falls to Denver at #16 who happens to be a perfect back court mate with Lawson and possibly the guy the want at #11 anyway. Then they can round it out by drafting his college teammate at #19 in Payne who can back up the pf and C position and can shoot the 3 ball.

I think Chicago can get a higher pick than that, but a lot of it is going to depend on which team is looking to draft which players on draft night. Then moves like this can be made.

I don’t think any team is willing to trade out of the top 10 for a couple of those guys I mentioned above. Maybe charlotte would trade down if Aaron Gordon is off the board at #9 and then Charlotte can draft the 2 Spartans.

I think there’s a definite top 8 followed by another group of 8. As a Sixers fan I could see them being interested in 10 for 16 & 19. I’m assuming Hinkie may be interested if the 3 PF’s are off the board by pick 10. I hate to beat a dead horse but I would love to see them get Payne in a deal like this.

There is a drop off from that 8-12 range to the 16-20 range.

If I were Denver I would also ask for the 49th pick and cash.

Not sure why the Bulls would do this anyway.  UNLESS they want to get a deal together for Carmelo.  Boozer plus Mirotic, Snell, draft picks, and other assets.

Carmelo would be a GREAT fit on the Bulls and could give him his best option to win, especially if they can hold on to Jimmy Butler.
