 @ JNixon, while Brooks numbers may be empty, doesn’t mean his individual season won’t be the best for 2 guards. I sinderely doubt Burks has that good of a rookie campaign. IMO, Miles and Hayward are going to step in as the starters at the 2 &3. At least for this year.

Burks may not start immediately at SG over Miles, but he will contribute more efficiently on a more competitive team. And he also will contribute in more areas than just scoring. Brooks might put up like 8 ppg, but I’m willing to bet he won’t shoot higher than 41% from the floor. And he’s not going to do much anywhere else. Not to mention there’s a very good chance Brooks wont even start for New Jersey.

You must not have heard about Vujacic complaining and wanted to go overseas. Vujacic has been trying to get overseas since he was in LA. He definitely wasn’t going to be resigned by the Nets anyway. Him coming back to the NBA is very doubtful.
