I never understood the connection of : Team does bad, player stock drop.

Manny Harris in his junior year led Michigan to the tourney and like 4 upsets against top 15 teams. He was solid prospect to me. Maybe going undrafted will benefit him down the road.

I don’t remember who, what, when or how — but I used to be high on Harris until somebody on this board convinced me why he wouldn’t work on an NBA roster. Very convincing stuff.

I’ve actually played a pick up game with him, he reminds me of a poor mans Rodney Stuckey

I’m not a big fan of Harris as a prospect. He has talent, but he needs the ball to be effective too much for a guy who can shoot and is only OK as a ball-handler and finisher. He clearly has talent, but to me he isn’t the kind of player you win games with. He’s too ball-dominant and erratic for all the weaknesses he has.

 I think Harris is gonna pick up where Lebron left off so the Cavs lucked out on him not being drafted.  Could become an Oscar Robinson like player for them…

Look at the guy I had him sharpied in as a lottery pick going into the draft. Now look 3 preseason games later he is putting up better numbers then most of the lottery picks that means I must of been right.  

Him and Jordan Crawford are going to be fun to watch battle it out for rookie of the year.  We all know it’s a two man race from here on in.

So who do you guys thinks wins rookie of the year, Manny Harris or Jordan Crawford?

 JNixon if you can’t see the Oscar Robinson resemblance and how fortunate Cleveland is too have an undrafted rookie land in their laps that is good enough to make them forget Lebron James ever even existed them shame on you.  Maybe i’m wrong…but I doubt it…Manny Harris and Oscar are both around the same size.  Can shoot dribble and pass making Manny Harris a triple double machine in the making.

Its obvious that this guys is from the michigan area and is supporting his locals. I have a hard time understanding why a guy like Darr Tucker is not making team over manny harris he is the best michigan prospect not in the league right now and I would take him over manny harris. Confusing to me

Harris’ numbers were in the Evan Turner’s range the last two years at Michigan. Not to menton he is a better athlete. His team just flopped last season. I think he could have helped himself considerably by coming back but theres no doubt he can play in the league

 i can see manny harris being this years wes matthews, proving scouts wrong and being a highly effective rotation player

Harris has always been one of my favourite players to watch and unfortunatley due to the media not hyping him up I,and many other people forgot about him. Yes he is ball dominant and to have any success he will have to adapt not having the ball but the same can be said about many high draft picks this year. He has shown no reason to be a dissapointment if he gets exceptional minutes. Cleveland has no primary ballhandler and as soon as Harris he is effective and changes the game for Cleveland. If I am Byron Scott I let this kid see major minutes and an exceptional role in Clevelands rotation straight off the bat and see if he produces.

i said it before, Harris has a place in this league, it was a mistake he didn’t got drafted. he is like a bigger Delonte West!!

I do think Harris could be this year’s Wesley Mathews and not a first ballot hall of famer.

For the record I do not think Harris will average a triple double his rookie year or for that fact ever average a triple double.  He might be capable of one on this Cavs team tho. But one thats it.

 Oh an Harris nowhere near the defender or athlete that Delonte West is….Plus West got a way better shot…

I was hoping Delonte was gonna stay in Cleveland because he would of hap a padded stats year probably putting up around 17 and 5.

He can get his own shot, get a shot for a team mate sometimes, a lil slim,but he is a good player. He should make the team and play,which is all you can expect from a undrafted guy with some talent. He was good in college despite the fact that his coach put him(or any of his players) in a position to be there best

But at the same time when I went to work I had 780 points and I come home and only have 500?  Like that is really corny only because I know what happen somebody like Knicksboy probably went back to old post and just gave me a negative for no reason….Shows how corny somebody can be and hot little of a life they must really have if you have time to do things like that.
