Chris Paul talking trade?
I don't buy none if it either. But I don't think Paul would come out and say it either, its kinda like asking to be fined. If it happens, it happens. If it not, well, it doesnt. But I personally dont see him leaving NOLA
"Three-time All-Star point guard Chris Paul said he likes the current changes under way with the New Orleans Hornets and believes they are moving in the right direction involving their search to hire a general manager."-Nola.com. The times picyuna paper
It's CP3's carreer and ultimately his legacy....its his choice if he stays w/ NO he will struggle to make playoffs year in and year out or he can go to a team in which he will have a shot at the promise land
The only real salivating pieces that the Knicks have, is Gallo, Wilson Chandler,Raymond Felton, and before you laugh, Eddy Curry. His huge contract is in its final year and the Knicks would gladly part with it if they could get a nice package in return.
I can however see the Magic making a decent push for him because they have some nice pieces. Guys like Barnes, Reddick, Pietrus, and Gortat could be involved in some type of deal.
Charlotte makes sense for CP3 because even though he would never win a title he would be playing for his home town and he wouldnt leave again until he was old sorta like Jason Kidd and New Jersey.
idea for Nohla and Charlotte
Okafor, Paul, and Posey for Diaw, Mohamed, Augistin, and Gerald Wallace and 2 picks
Paul - Livingston
Jackson - Henderson - Carroll
Brown - Posey - Carroll
Thomas - Najera
Okafor - Diop
Collison - Augistin
Thorton - Pondexter
Wallace - Peja - Wright
West - Brackins - Diaw - Wright
Mohamed - Songailla
(40 mill in salary cap room)
If that's the case then the knicks are out of it because they struggle year after year. Also before Paul was hurt weren't the hornets a playoff team? I'm not sure they struggle year after year. Hasn't it been about one year in which he was hurt?
And gallo Chandler Felton aren't players team salivate over. Lol
Eh, to each his own.
I lean towards CP3 behind closed doors looking to NO and saying " I don't wanna look bad but I don't wanna be here. I want to go to a better team. I want to win a title. Go look for a nice deal". I say this because as of right now New Orleans is looking to be a bottom tier playoff team at best. Chris Paul picked 3 teams who I believed set themselves up for a title in the future in New York, Orlando, Los Angles.
I feel there is no best team for Chris Paul out of the 3. Unless Carmelo Anthony decides not to sign the extension until season's end- Chris Paul really would not be going to a better team. It's actually interesting that he put NY as one of the 3 when you think about it.
I like Orlando but I don't love it for him. I think Howard would benefit from CP3 but not in late games. How many alley oops do you see being thrown with 2 mintues left in the 4th? not many.
Los Angels is the talented team and it makes sense to want to go to the defending champion. This is a personal opinion: I would not take back Andrew Bynum. He has not shown that he's capable of being healthy for 82 games. What sense does it make in giving up Paul for someone who's hasn't played a full 82 since taking the next step as a potential franchise center. I think the whole- Odom/Bynum for Paul is crazy to me.

Untill Paul comes out and says it I'm
not buying it. All theses sources said bosh was staying then going then lebron to ny. The sources could be a guy in the knicks front office. I just read a close source says Paul
wants to go to the bobcats
