TarHeelRavenParticipantOnly hardocre college basketball fans have probably heard about him. Gotta give love to my alma mater VCU. Briante was a 2 star recruit and wasn’t even ranked in his class out of Chesapeake and Fork Union Military Acadmey in Virginia. He has absolutely blown up in Shaka’s HAVOC system. I think he led the nation in steals per game with almost 4 which is absolutely ridiculous. He is quick, athletic and has developed a nice mid-range game. He plays with heart, passion and intensity and is everything that is good about college basketball. I don’t see him on any mock drafts, but I think he could make it in the league as a high energy PG off the bench. He and Aaron Craft are the two best on the ball defenders in the country.

CameronCrazy11ParticipantI think he’ll be a four year player so I’d expect to see his name appear in 2015 mock drafts by the end of March. As you said, he’s the key piece in VCU’s HAVOC defense and is simply relentless. If I’m a team that could use some perimeter defense (especially a contender), I would definitely take a chance on Weber with a 2nd round pick. He reminds me of Patrick Beverley.

DonnaParticipantI think any team will be lucky to pick him up. I’ve watched him the last 4 years & he has improved with each year. When he got injured, my heart broke. I really thought that VCU had a chance at the NCAA title. Weber is a leader and his teammates love him. Even the "stars" on the team looked up to him. I wouldn’t want him guarding me….he would be the most annoying defensive player. I admit I have NEVER been a NBA fan, but I will follow Weber……….
