yeah i dont care how much they pay him as long as hes as good as hes touted to be. Maple Leaf Sports Entertainment makes soooo much money that its stupid, they had 1000s of people outside the air canada centre watching the leafs playoff games. the teams here have sucked for so long yet they stay as one of the more profitable sports cities and good attendance averages for the nba while selling out every leafs game for the next 50 yrs. yeah players get wins not the gms, but its been a while since a gm has managed to consistently bring the right players to win. BC had a few good years but in the end alot of moves were terrible. like brew meister said, its not going against the cap so who cares what we spend when the MLSE has the means
