KreedOneParticipantWhat are some teams that you’re most excited to watch for the next season? Or your favorite team?
For me, I’m a UNC fan and I’m really excited to see how McAdoo plays this season and how far the team can go in the tournament (if PJ Hairston isn’t suspended :/ ). But the team I’m really hoping to watch a lot is Michigan State. I like how their team is put together with Keith Appling, Adrien Payne, Branden Dawson, Denzel Valentine and especially Gary Harris a lot as a prospect and I have him slated as a top 10 pick in the next draft. Overall I’m excited man, since I’m injured and can’t really go out I’ve been doing a lot of reading on the teams next season. 🙂0 -

headcaseParticipantI usually vote for KU, but this year I’m really interested in Kansas because I want to see how the combined star power of Andrew Wiggins, Wayne Seldon, and Joel Embiid plays off. It seems like a scarily effective, and it looks like it can be amazing to watch haha.

TarHeelRavenParticipantI’m a UNC fan (obviously), but the team I’m most interested to see this year is our hated rival Duke. Jabari Parker is supposed to be an absolute stud coming in, but I think he might be a tad overrated with his lack of elite level athleticism. Transfer Rodney Hood should come in and contribute right away. Duke lost Curry, Plumlee and Ryan Kelly, good players, but not great athletes. With Sulaimon, Quinn Cook, Parker and Rodney Hood, Coach K will have his most athletic squad in Durham in a long time.

KreedOneParticipantIm looking forward to the rivalry game as well even thought I think we’ll lose all of the meet ups. I think Jabari won’t be a stud but will post up numbers that would turn some heads his way. A solid 15pts, 6rebs, 3ast with a good fg% season is what I’m expecting from him

TarHeelRavenParticipantThe key is Hairston. We have no depth on the wings and if Hairston is gone, we have Mcdonald at the 2 and Tokota at the 3. Who do we have coming off the bench at the wing position to spell them? Duke is soft at the 4 and 5. A front line of Marshall Plumlee, Josh Hairston and Amille Jefferson is not scaring anybody. We can dominate them on the boards with Hicks, Mcadoo, Joel James, Brice Johnson and Kennedy Meeks. I think Coach K will have Jabari playing out of position at the 4 due to Duke’s lack of an inside presence.

machu46ParticipantSyracuse is my team. I’m really curious about a few things:
1. I want to see if CJ Fair has gotten his jumpshot to be quicker/has developed even a little bit of a right hand. He needs both if he wants to be an NBA contributor.
2. I want to see how much Jerami Grant has progressed over the offseason. He has a world of potential.
3. Trevor Cooney. Syracuse really needs him to be the shooter that he had a reputation for being.
4. Tyler Ennis. He needs to be a stud right away for Syracuse to make a run.
5. Gbinije. He’s the big question mark on this year’s team. Nobody really knows what to expect from him.

HaleParticipantMemphis is my favorite so they will be a team I follow closely but Kansas is going to be the team I don’t typically follow that I will this season. UNC and Kentucky should be interesting as well.

WITNESS2014ParticipantOhio State is my team. I am excited to see them this year but out frontcourt is weak. Looking forward to Laquinton Ross and Sam Thompson both growing into better players. I think Shannon Scott has a bigger impact this year. The team I am looking forward to watching the most though is Kansas. Wiggins and Seldon in the open court will be fun to watch.

ProudGrandpaParticipantPurdue. Obviously, I’m a fan, but the trio of Hammons, Raphael Davis, and Anthony Johnson is really intriguing. If they all develop well (and they all showed flashes last season), Painter could have another great recruiting class that comes close to the Hummel-Johnson-Moore class. Not to mention, Purdue has some exciting freshmen coming in and some decent veterans, as well.

apb540ParticipantI’m pumped to watch a bunch of teams this year. Michigan, Michigan St., Kansas, Oklahoma St., Kentucky, Duke, North Carolina, Memphis, Arizona, Baylor, Syracuse, Xavier, and Florida are all good teams with at least 1 or 2 legit NBA prospects. Can’t wait.
