valentineI’m really a fan of the Grizzlies they now have a solid inside presence in Gasol, emerging shot-blocker Thabeet, and veteran Zach Randolph, they also have fine young players at the wing in Gay and Mayo and stable court generals (Tinsley and Conley), but I don’t think they can make the playoffs this year, can they make it next year??

the I in winParticipantthey have two post men who can score by themselves and two perimeter guys who can do the same thing so they are good on paper, just need to put “it” all together, whatever “it” is

Deedsyeah i really think they need to add a veteran point guard, ala Andre Miller to control the young guns.

Anton123ParticipantCan’t say if they can cotend next year, if Gay leaves I don’t think they’ll get into the playoffs next year and Marc Gasol, Zach Randolph and Marco Jaric have just 2 years left, so if they don’t get into the playoffs next year they might have to rebuild again

los507ParticipantI think they could be a 8 seed next year if like someone mentioned before added a veteran guard and some bench depth looks like Von Wafer is coming aboard for the rest of the season. But if next year they continue to build on that they may fight for the playoffs.
