As of yesterday, Miami has the most competitive core to compete with the Lakers.

I’m disgruntled lately, though. Most of the championship teams over the last 10-12 seasons were over the cap by 10+ million. The Celtics and Lakers had over 80+ million in salary when they won their rings….

Miami is a fair sized market. Their tickets will be sold out all year long. The amount of commercials and advertisements we’ll see of the Heat will be tremendous. I say by the end of Free agency that Miami spends 15-20 million over the cap.

If anyone thinks Miami won’t spend for a championship, then I ask them why would they think so?

they simply cant go over the cap on free agency… if they do… it will be by like 8 million to fill out their team with minimum salary players…

the reason boston and La were over the cap is because they still had the bird right to almost all their players that allowed them to do so… miami only has wades… and idk if theyll have boshes…

so in nba rules… they wont be able to spend a lot of money over the cap unless they get some rookies and extend them…

cant go over the cap like my guy above said they will have to wait unitl next year and they will only have the mid level exception to work with because they are bringing in all new player none will have bird rights so it will be hard to complete this team with good talent around them.
