French NBA prospect Evan Fournier (6’6, 18 years old, shooting guard) scored 21 points during the French League game between SLUC Nancy (Top team in the league) and Poitiers. Poitiers won the game 69-61.

Fournier became the youngest player to score more than 20 points in French League history. He did it at a younger age than NBA Players Tony Parker (San Antonio Spurs), Roddy Beaubois (Dallas Mavericks), Mickael Pietrus (Phoenix Suns), Nicolas Batum (Portland Trailblazers), and Boris Diaw (Charlotte Bobcats).

During that game, Fournier and his team faced John Linehan (Providence College 92′), Tremmell Darden (University of Niagara 04′), Akin Akingbala (Clemson Tigers 06′) and Willie Deane (Purdue 03′).

Fournier is projected as a Top 20 pick for the 2012 draft by NBADraft.net.
