goneParticipantI think MJ will maximize the potential of whoever he teams up with so the Clippers select… Wes Unseld
Magic needs a finisher above the rim & low post presence so Twolves select….Dwight Howard.

morestealsthanscoresParticipantRight, so the good news for wolves fans – they win this draft.
with the 59th pick, they select mvp, champion, finals mvp and multiple scoring champion Bob McAdoo. They then get whoever remains out of cowens and reed after the clippers pick, teaming up three MVPs – the greatest point guard of all time, one of the best defensive big men of all time, no one of the best offensive big men of all time. Chuck in two three and d guys and that’s just unbeatable.
with the 60th pick, the clippers select Willis reed. BPA by far, champion, mvp, finals mvp, emotional leader, someone who could raise his game to MJs demands. Another crazy tough team.
(and compare either of the above pairs to sabonis and Havlicek…lol…poor Spurs…)

ItsVictorOladipoParticipantI’m not surprised about English. There’s alot of scoring SFs available, English, Dantley, Melo, King, Worthy, Paul Pierce, Mullin, and perhaps even Vince Carter who played both SG and SF. makes sense to wait until the third round to grab one of them rather than reach in the second round.

daggers818ParticipantRay Allen to Wolves (to the team that orginally drafted him!). Pair up the sweet-shooting Allen with the best playmaker in history. Magic to Allen on the wing — money!
Alonzo Mourning to the Clips. A defensive force at center with just enough scoring in the post to complement Jordan’s on the wing. Makings of a defensive monster of a team.

trelos6ParticipantMaybe we should’ve gone for 4 picks.
So, teaming up with Magic is Willis Reed and Sam Jones.
And teaming up with MJ is Dave Cowens and Paul Pierce.

morestealsthanscoresParticipanti thought about this – but what happens if people’s opinions are split between 2 centres, for instance, and a team ends up with two PGs or two centres instead of one of each? problematic…
