Only 12 votes this time… It’s probably just because it was the weekend but… we could still do better.
Anyways… So Let’s work on it!
The Hornets are now on the clock. Their roster consists of: Shaquille O’Neal
The Raptors are now on the clock. Their roster consists of: Larry Bird

canadabasketballisrisingParticipantHornets: Oscar Scmidt. Another huge steal. Larry bird type shooter/ scorer who will help shaq with his ability to score from the outside. Can not be left open! Realitively uinknown because of his pride for his country, which he chose over playing in the NBA. When Bird and Kobe talk about how he DOMINATED aaa team made up of a young D robinson, and Jordan for something like 50 points, you know he is the real deal.
Raptors: N. Thurmond. A huge steal at this point. For a few years he averaged 20/20 and 2 blocks..

Raptors: Bob McAdoo to play along Bird.

ItsVictorOladipoParticipantGiven how high Yao and T-Mac went, I’m assuming that we are heavily weighting prime years. If that’s the case I’m going Grant Hill to team up with Shaq for the Hornets and Bill Walton with Larry Bird for the Raps.

for my man Larry Legend I’d take a healthy Walton.

aktripleParticipantAlso why is everyone saying Oscar Schmidt should be drafted? If you look at the title of this thread its called the ultimate NBA re draft not the ultimate FIBA re draft he’s a great player but since he’s never played in the nba i hardly think he qualifies

gabriel_akvaParticipantHe actually was drafted by the Nets. If this is a Re Draft, he is eligible.
We talked about this in the first topic of this game.

morestealsthanscoresParticipantWith Shaq, I’ll draft Paul Pierce – need some outside shooting to complement the big fella inside
With Bird, I’ll take Willis Reed – MVP, 2xChamp, 2x Finals MVP, great defender. Winner. Can’t believe no one has voted for him yet, and can’t believe he’s still on the board!
