OhCanada-ParticipantI think it’s safe to say Ulis won that selection. Only 11 days left with 36 picks to vote for we gotta move on.

3. Dragan Bender (Celtics)
4. Jaylen Brown (Suns)
5. Jamal Murray (Timberwolves)
6. Buddy Hield (Pelicans)
7. Kris Dunn (Nuggets)
8. Henry Ellensen (Kings)
9. Marquese Chriss (Raptors)
10. Jakob Poeltl (Bucks)
11. Deyonta Davis (Magic)
12. Denzel Valentine (Jazz)
13. Domantas Sabonis (Suns)

OhCanada-ParticipantI would go for Deandre Bembry here. If not Bembry it would be Gbinjie or Levert. I don’t think McCaw is ready enough in thier eyes.
Personally I think Gbinjie would be the best fit and is someone I think can become a very good role player in the NBA. Still gonna have to against my gut here and select Bembry.

nill650Participantprobably go Jackson or Bembry as I doubt Diallo falls this far,but there is no way they let him slip away all needs aside he might be the best prospect left on this board.

Pacersfan22ParticipantPatrick McCaw. The Clippers could use an eventual replacement for the aging Jamal Crawford, McCaw fits the Clippers needs off the bench with his scoring and being a 3-D defender.

dremill24ParticipantDeAndre Bembry.
Good athlete, has very real 2way potential at a position of need. Good feel and playmaking ability. Just a good ball player. Effort on defense snd working on that 3ball will determine his ceiling.

SmooveKRYPTParticipantDoc loves drafting junior & senior SG’s to sit at the end of his bench for some reason. However, this one I actually think could crack the rotation and help the 2nd unit (if Crawford or Austin move on)

OhCanada-ParticipantThey need someone they can play at SF now. They have Reddick, Austin, and Crawford who can at SG well and will likely resign. A combo wing is the best decision. McCaw is not strong enough to play SF yet. Bembry and Levert seem capable but I’m sure Bembry is stronger and more capable of guarding the 3 position.

Evan_MilbergParticipantGotta go with Bembry. He can play multiple positions, plays gritty and is ready to contribute right away. Plus, if you take a look at who they have on the wings. Mbah a Moute is not starter caliber, Pierce will probably retire soon, and Wes Johnson isn’t going to give you quality minutes.
I wouldn’t be mad at them going with Brice Johnson, though. He’d be a steal at 25 and the Clippers don’t really have a true PF behind Blake.

OhCanada-ParticipantPaul Zipser or Jaun Hernangomez would be my own personal pick but it doesn’t seem like Doc Rivers would draft an international player.

Evan_MilbergParticipantClips have the 33rd pick. They could easily draft a "ready now" player at 25 like Bembry and draft a Euro project at 33. Both Zipser and Hernangomez should be available in the second round.

OhCanada-ParticipantMaybe one of them will be available at 33 but not both of them. I actually think them both being gone by 33 is likely. There’s even a chance they are both gone by 25.
Either way I wouldn’t categorize those two as Euro projects. They are likely more NBA ready than your average college players. Both players are physically ready and have played against men. Both players have NBA skills and know what their roles will be.
Zipser just litup Eurocamp against highly regarded prospect Cornelie (who is a Euro project imo). He had GM’s buzzing and will have an interesting workout schedule right before the draft. Late riser for sure with that performance.
Hernangomez is getting looks in the teens due to his great touch on his shot and athleticism. He should be able to step in immediately and stretch the floor and attack closeouts offensively while being able to gaurd SF’s and PF’s and might even offer some rim protection.

HitsterParticipantI had stuck with Quick Draw McCaw but on rechecking Bembry’s profile, his cool afro has won me over as I had posted about Big Ben a minute ago. I know drafting a player for having a cool fro isn’t the most scientific method but I’m doing it.
Seriously though he fills a bench need, can learn from Jamal C and PP so looks a sounds choice.
