d-grizzlyParticipantit’s impossible to tell really. clippers will have cap space and the knicks will have a lot of cap space…..
clips have egordon and bgriffin for a very bright future…. I think I’m going with them

TurkParticipantThe Knicks are awful and have so little talent…. yeah they have cap space, blah, blah, blah…. but that gets them two players and a role player?
The Clips at least have talent. Loads of it. Unfortunately they have a disaster in the front office and now nobody on the sidelines.I would have to give the nod to the Clips…..

fastdanParticipantHopefully the Clips can land a good coach…with Griffin and a possible top 10 pick coming in next year I’d be very disappointed if they didn’t improve significantly.

sheltwon3Participantclippers may have a better record but Knicks should make playoffs

NYK2010ParticipantToo early too tell, Griffin could be great or the Knicks could pull of a big trade and/or sign some big names.
Knicks can’t get any worse.0 - Posted on: Wed, 03/10/2010 - 10:54am #264624
bkballerParticipantquincy is that you making a post about the Knicks hinting the Clippers are a better team?!

WizardofOzParticipantI think the Clippers are going to be better. They all ready have some talent on their team and they’ll have Blake Griffin back next year, and they have cap room to sign a marquee free agent. The Knicks don’t have a lot of talent. They have a lot a cap space, but I don’t think any of the players that they are going after will come to NY. They traded draft picks, a future solid power forward in Jordan Hill, and key role players to free up cap space, and that can potentially ruin the future of the franchise.

B-ball fanParticipantEven if the Knicks sign somebody in free agency, such as Bosh, the Clippers have way more talent. With Blake Griffin, the Clippers have a chance to be the 8th seed in the west.

IndianaBasketballParticipantThe Clippers have Baron Davis, Chris Kaman, Blake Griffin, Eric Gordon, a solid young prospect in DeAndre Jordan, a 2010 lottery pick, Minnesota’s 2010 lottery pick IF they pick in between 11-14 and $20 million in cap space. The Knicks just have cap space and no picks, with dreams of landing free-agents.
Give me the Clippers.

LazarusMunozParticipantBesides Blake,EJ,DeAndre(on some nights),Craig Smith there isnt much there…
Baron isnt the same player he was a couple of years ago,he’s been downright awful for the most partof the year..Kaman is as over rated as any player could be…He gets his numbers because he played in a system that forced fed him the ball! His defense has suffered alot and he’s become a black hole on offense
Even if they get a big time name to come here there not gonna improve much…There chemistry is toxic and wont get any better until they cut the fat from this team!
would luv to have Darren Collison on this team though as the starting pg

QUINCEYtrue but to counter point. the knicks have a pg who is a back up pg at best. a sf and pf in chandler and gallo who can also be said to be the product of there system as far asputting up points and a center who can score and rebound but couldnt check a yes or no questionnaire. one reason i made this post because both are in very very good markets yet are bad and have been for a long time

Chicago1980ParticipantI think that the clippers are going to be better they have more talent they will be getting the #1 pick from this year back ready to play and they will have a lottery pick and they have money to sign a free agent if they choose to the knicks are a mess the only problem I see with the clippers is they are the clippers and they will somehow figure out a way to mess all of that up they need to hire a good coach and get their management together other than that I think they are in better shape.
