Orton was, at one time, projected as the 10th..

Hassan Whiteside was projected top 5 at one point…

Now I don’t see a guy dropping like Blair did, but a guy who I feel should be picked in round 1, but if he goes in round 2 that will surprise everyone is…..Dominique Jones.

As far as being a similar player i think Derrick Character will be the Dejuan Blaire. but a player who will slip i think Daniel Orton has a chance to really slip

One candidate would be Orton because of the same knee concerns that teams had with Blair combined with the fact that he was not exactly a stud at Kentucky.

The other would be Whiteside. He has experience issues, maturity questions, and refused to go to work out for all the teams that were inviting him (he turned down Boston). I have him pegged for Atlanta because the Hawks typically go for the upside guys, but there are rumors that they want to move their pick.
