Westbrook – like his size and passing ability more than Ellis
Iggie-defense wins championships, not a lot of guys in league with his defensive abilities
Curry – Tough one, I like Curry’s passing/shooting, but Holiday is solid defensively and both have room to grow, slight preference for Curry
Derozan – We know nothing about Burks. Is there really a choice here?
Wall – I like his passing more than Westbrook. IMO he is a lot like Westbrook but with better court vision and willingness to pass the ball. Only because of Griffins rookie dominance did league forget Wall was 16pts, 8 assists in rookie year – has complete package to become top 10 player in league and challenge for top PG spot.

The thing about ellis is that he was drafted to a team and coach who never preached defense, if he goes to a contender such as bulls,cletics,lakers,heat, or mavs he would be a good defender.

Ellis can be a excellent defender when asked or required to. The guy plays extremely hard at both ends and his work ethic is second to none. The guy worked on his game and improved so much, one of the greatest 2nd Round draft picks of all time. He takes pride on having a chip on his shoulder and prove people wrong.
I would choose Wall over Ellis because he has youth on his side. But I would take Ellis over Westbrook because Ellis has one of the best mid range jumpshot in the game and is more efficient scorer than Westbrook. Defensively, Ellis is capable of being at Westbrooks’ level.

On one particular thread, this one when someone complemented you, you sort of insulted the general public, and then I wrote up some helpfull suggestions. Monta Ellis – tremendous scorer, underrated passer, and just needs to learn to play defense.
