I think there are some obvious choices here, such as UNC:

    PG – Phil Ford
    SG – Michael Jordan
    SG – Vince Carter
    PF – James Worthy
    C – Bob McAdoo

Or maybe some you wouldn’t immediately think of like Houston:

    PG – Anthony Goldwire
    SG – Clyde Drexler
    PF – Bo Outlaw
    PF – Elvin Hayes
    C – Hakeem Olajuwon

Obviously your best, most cohesive starting five could differ between schools (there are so many to choose from for UNC). There are other obvious ones, but I thought I’d leave it up for discussion.

Yeah, that was just a typo, but still a reasonable line up

Dude, Travis Knight was a center, I remember he played with the Bulls for a bit, I certainly wouldn’t want him running the point on any team, lol

    I’ll throw in another one:

    Georgetown:

    PG – Allen Iverson
    SG – Sleepy Floyd
    SF – Charles Smith
    PF – Alonzo Mourning
    C – Patrick Ewing

Mourning is out of position a bit, but you have to have him out there.

    LSU looks pretty good actually

    G Mahmoud-Abdul Rauf
    G Pete Maravich
    PF Bob Petit
    C Shaquille O’Neal

At the 3 spot they could go with a super tall lineup and roll with Tyrus Thomas or they could go small and choose another shooter like Marcus Thornton.

You beat me to the LSU post. That is a NASTY team. Maravich, Pettit, O’Neal, along with an athletic forward and a lights out shooter.

Honestly from a college point of view I think LSU has the best team out of the bunch.

The greatest scorer in college history (Pistol Pete), another of the greatest scorers in history (Chris Jackson). One of the greatest centers ever, a two time All-American and two time SEC player of the year in O’Neal. And Petit who averaged 27.8 PPG in his career and 31.4 PPG and 17.3 RPG in his career.

Gary Bradds never played for UK. Erick Dampier didn’t play for UK either, but I’m assuming you must have meant Louie Dampier and he was a guard.

Jamal Mashburn, Ron Mercer, Derek Anderson, Tony Delk, Sam Bowie, Rex Chapman, Kenny Walker. They had great careers for UK.
